I love this product! Good flavor ! And I do feel it helps replenish your thirst! I started using this because I breastfeed and well I don’t always drink the recommended amount of water and I was feeling dehydrated. I started drinking this bad boy once a day and definitely feel a difference. Ive even mixed this in my (made from scratch) strawberry lemonade water. Pretty great .I bought this product back in feb so I decided to buy a bigger size recently.Definitely going to continue this product as I have seen increase in my lactation.I do want to try other flavors but a little scared to spend money on something I may or may not like so for now I’ll stick to lemonade flavor. I don't normally write reviews unless a company reaches out to me but I wanted to voice my opinion on this because it is amazing! I've been doing beachbody workouts for about 6 months now and sweat a lot during my workouts. I usually just stick with good old water because Gatorade is way too sugary for my taste and I couldn't get myself to spend what beachbody asks for their hydrate powder. I found this after a good amount of research and I'm in love! It tastes SO good! I just want to make a huge pitcher to keep in my fridge. Being on the ketogenic diet you really need to make sure you stay hydrated and you have plenty of electrolytes - it's also important to find something that doesn't have the added sugar or fake sweeteners of the others. Ultima taste amazing to me - I put about 2 scoops in a 64oz conainer filled about halfway with ice - for me that's the perfect strength. Shipping was my 5 star review as i ordered Sunday around 2pm and received Tuesday around 5pm, now i do have amazon prime but i ordered another product at the same time and it is not arriving until Wednesday before 8pm. Not many places will ship out on Sundays and i enjoying receiving so soon! Ok so now, Not that i dislike the product but mad at myself for not looking at actual Ounces Of product which is only 3.7 Oz. So hopefully my review will have people make sure to check Oz on the product to not be disappointed like myself. I opened my box to find a very small container, which my pointer finger is taller than, and smaller then palm of my hand. It is only filled about 2/3s the way full. Hopefully it is 30 days worth though i see people saying 1 scoop to 32oz of water in the questions, though my container says 1 scoop for 16oz. So i will update when month is over if it even last 30 servings or maybe even more. As for flavor, lemonade is not bad, not acidity tasting so hopeful will not give me heartburn which is a plus. This product is great! I neede to find something with a lot of electrolytes and didn’t want to take pedialyte because it doesn’t taste good. This stuff tastes great! I have colitis so I’m losing a lot of electrolytes a day and this has helped tremendously! I’ve only been using for two weeks and have already seen the difference! It took awhile to find a hydration product that was sugar free, tasted good and dissolved. We started with one that we realized was full of sugar and even if we mixed the solution again with water, we knew it wasn't healthy. We tried another sugar free one and it tasted bad and didn't dissolve. Finally, this one does the trick. I must admit I use it mostly for general hydration as I get dehydrated just on a day to day basis as I get older and it seemed to stop my dizziness. I also use it when I have my training sessions, which aren't that intensive. I haven't had a chance to try it out for hiking in warm weather, which is the real test. We even take the solution and mix it again with water about half and half when we are just drinking during the day. If I was doing something more athletic, I would use it full strength. It's also a bit pricey as they all are and diluting it makes it go further. I'd like to try the pink lemonade flavor, too. The lemonade is sort of a lemon/lime flavor but pleasant. Read more

Bought this to help increase my potassium and magnesium levels. All the other brands gave me headaches after awhile so I was a bit skeptical is trying this.
