My good friend did my hair and is in fact a Cosmetologist, so I asked her to do my fair and I found this recommended somewhere and she said she’s always willing to try new products and didn’t necessarily see anything wrong with it. We bleached my hair using 3 different types of bleach and this developer NEVER worked. Zero lift! I have very fine hair and have never had an issue when adding highlights in the past.
