My good friend did my hair and is in fact a Cosmetologist, so I asked her to do my fair and I found this recommended somewhere and she said she’s always willing to try new products and didn’t necessarily see anything wrong with it. We bleached my hair using 3 different types of bleach and this developer NEVER worked. Zero lift! I have very fine hair and have never had an issue when adding highlights in the past. I hadn’t dyed my hair in a over a year and haven’t lightened it in 4 years, my hair is not damaged. Read more

I used Ugly Duckling creme developer with a brand name hair color that includes a 20 developer. I substituted the 20 with UD's 10 with excellent results, i.e. all gray colored well. As good as salon if not better!! Read more
