The media could not be loaded.  To say I'm pleased with this state of the art hypersonic dryer from TYMO is a gross understatement, because the truth is I absolutely LOVE it!! I am still in disbelief that a dryer this compact and this incredibly light in weight, can produce such powerful, customizable heat, all without the obnoxious loud noise a traditional blow dryer gives off.  It's so light that the difference between TYMO and a traditional handheld dryer is night and day.  Styling my hair is now a more pleasurable experience, something that I look forward to, rather than loathing the thought of my arm tiring. As far as operation, it couldn't be any simpler.   Separate contol buttons for the temperature and air intensity work independently to let you choose the setting that best suits your hair.  A bright illuminated display almost magically appears on the mirror back panel of the dryer so you know exactly what heat this dryer is giving off. It also has a cold shot button to lock in your style.  The power cord is a heavy duty thickness, generous in length and is equipped with a breaker plug for safety.  The diffuser and two concentrator attachments magnetically attach to the air outlet and stay firmly in place until you take them off.  The afformentioned styling attachments are made of high quality plastic that keeps them cool to the touch while not adding any unessasry bulk to the dryer when in use. TYMO also thoughtfuly included a really nice lined carry bag that has a suede like exterior. It closes magnetically and holds everything neatly. This bag is perfect for keeping things organized, whether it's on your bathroom vanity or tucked into your overnight bag for travel. So now, what about the results? Well, this dryer cuts my drying time down without frying my hair with excessive heat. I'm not a wiz when it comes how this technology works, but I do know when I'm having a good hair day, and I have this dryer to thank.  You know, when I saw this dryer and it's price I thought it was too steep.  But now after holding it, using it, and loving the results,  I have to say I believe it's worth it.  I've posted some photos to give you a closer look and a brief video to give you a better understanding of just how unique it is.  I sincerely hope that they, along with my experience, helps you out a bit with your choice.  I know it's expensive,  but if the dryer is registered (see manufacturer's info card and requirements that comes packed with the dryer) TYMO offers a lifetime warranty.  That being said, it just may be the last dryer you'll need to buy. I’m going to go out on a limb here and say…this is a bit of a budget buster for most of us. After all, you can walk into any store and buy a hair dryer for $20 (or less). I don’t think it has the same wattage as most dryers (1875w) but because of the design of the narrow nozzle, it feels way more powerful than any other dryer I’ve tried. The attachments all work perfectly…I use the diffuser most often, and it does make it a bit heavier. Overall, the dryer almost looks like a toy 😂 because it’s so small and lightweight, but it’s far from being a toy. This would make a great ‘splurge’ gift. It dries hair quickly, has a nice long cord, and is just an overall very nice hairdryer. Read more
