I started using this once wonderful skin hydrator before Amazon was anything but a river in South America, and I LOVED it! The best moisturizer ever!! It disappeared for a time, but recently I saw that Twinlab had brought it back. Since I am HIGHLY sensitive to benzoate and sorbate preservatives, I am a diligent label reader. On the Amazon site the ingredients are listed as:Water, sodium PCA, phenoxyethanol, ethylhexylglycerine, eucalyptus globulus oil, cetyl hydroxyethylcellulose.This is the same formula I loved from decades ago, so I promptly ordered it. When the spray arrived a few weeks ago, I, again, checked the label and it was exactly as listed above. I immediately noticed, however, that the product was more viscous than it was before. The normal product I loved was "like water" but not water in that it was a fabulous moisturizer. I trusted the ingredient list on the bottle and here on Amazon and proceeded to use it daily on face arms and legs. With pollen in the air I wasn't concerned when my eyes began itching. But when it got worse and went on for days, even rainy days, I suspected I was exposed to topical benzoates or sorbates. I searched my home for what I had missed -- shampoos, conditioners, lotions, etc. There's no label in my home that lists the problematic chemicals. This morning I went to the Twinlab website in search of a number to call to ask about this product. Before finding a phone number I found the list of ingredients and it is QUITE DIFFERENT FROM THAT ON THE BOTTLE!!! The second ingredient is "polysorbate-20" -- one of the preservatives that I cannot tolerate. The reaction I get is so severe, and increases with each exposure, that I imagine it will be this family of preservatives that ends my life. It is this sensitivity that has me very hesitant to get the covid vaccine. The last thing I need is for one of these preservatives to be injected into me. It will be months before my eyes calm down and return to anything near normal. I call these my reptile eyes because the skin all around my eyes turns to rough painful wrinkles. This time the edges of my eyelids are bright red. Every time is worse.When I have been topically exposed to these chemicals, I have to eliminate any foods that contain them, which, normally, I can eat. Benzoic acid occurs naturally in all stone fruits, berries, dark greens, teas, honey, all fermented foods -- yogurt, kefir, kimchi, etc -- healthful things we need to consume. But during times of exposure I must eliminate these foods for weeks until the chemical is cleared from my system.This is sloppy labeling! Take a look at the bottle here on Amazon and it includes the chemical. But I had checked the ingredient list above and had not noticed the bottle's ingredient list was different. FURTHERMORE....the ingredients on the bottle I purchased DOES NOT LIST THAT CHEMICAL. Check the photo I have included. It is the bottle that arrived just a few weeks ago. Despite my due diligence, once I have a product in my home I check the ingredient list again to confirm that it is safe.I would sure like to hear from Twinlab about this abomination. I had trusted this company for decades. Sure wish I could get my old product back, as well as my old Twinlab company back.I'm not going to rate the other features because this product is simply not safe, so nothing else matters. The old product was a great moisturizer, had no noticeable scent, and was a decent value for the money. Unsafe products are not worth any of these things however. My mom started using this product as soon as Twin Labs first presented it, and turned me onto it in my early 30s. In the morning after splashing my face with water (I always cleaned my face thoroughly before bedtime), I sprayed it on my face afterwards, and it was the last thing I used on my clean skin before bed. People compliment me on my skin very often, and I'm now 70+ and still use it twice daily. My husband kisses my cheeks and neck a lot because I don't use a lot of other product. I can’t believe this! I’m 45, dealing with worsening dry skin on my face, and was noticing my lines were getting worse. This came in the mail right on time! I can’t believe it, but this is some sort of miracle product! I sprayed it on my face, and literally the next day, my skin was hydrated. I could not see the lines on my face. Have an old bottle at home from before this was discontinued. The ingredient list has changed. I like the smell of the old one better. This one also arrived without a lid. It was packaged with a shirt I also ordered and there was some leakage onto the shirt bag, so the shirt itself was not damaged. Why no lid??? Read more

Good substitute for Focus21 Sea Plasma.Doesn't smell as nice, but seems to feel the same when applied..... Maybe just a little bit heavier ( greasier ) than Sea Plasma ( I'm still mad at Focus 21 for discontinuing it! )They need to give it a better fragrance. Right now, it reminds me of a freshly mopped public rest room at one of those rest stops on the Interstate. Read more

I cannot imagine life without this product. Been using it for years and years. One summer in Bend Oregon I was unable to find it in any of the natural food stores. It is THE PRODUCT for dry high altitude skin. So I now order from Amazon all the time. I carry one bottle in my car for a quick spritz to refresh while driving and another for early morning and nighttime sprays. I originally learned about Na-PCA from Life Extension with Dirk and Sandy Pearson (that has been years ago) and have used it ever since. Good stuff. I got it because I'm losing some significant weight and I want to keep the skin firm while I shrink. It feels great on my skin, smells nice too although it does smell a little bit like medicine. I've had it for maybe two or three weeks, and I've used it several times per day, all over my face and torso since I got it and it's lasting long enough to make it worth what I paid so far. I don't personally see any skin changes yet, but it may be too soon to tell. It does seem to have helped reduce my oily complexion into a normal complexion though. I love how it feels on my face first thing in the morning. My face feels very very dry after a shower and the first thing I want is this spray. My mom heard me talking about it and got some too. She keeps it in the fridge, she's noticed immediate benefits in her neck region.Update: Used up first bottle, ordered another, got here just as quickly as the first. Working great to keep my face nice and tight, I fail to remember to spray other places but overall I still really appreciate this product.
