Pros and ConsThe product itself gets a full 5 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️It is very lightweight and goes on smoothly. I love the skin toning/blending affect. It truly does what it claims to do. It smooths out your skin tone and fills in large pores without looking like you put on a pound of concealer or foundation. I like to wear it for my no-makeup days. I’m 41 and am starting to encounter adult acne. If I’ve got tons of break outs I use something else with full coverage. Since this product is so thin and runny, I feel, it looks best on clearer skin days. Those days I put this on (really rubbing it in) and dust the lightest amount of setting powder, maybe some mascara, and I’m good to go. It is a whiteish color out of the bottle with the slightest bit of pigment and quite runny. 2-3 pumps per application will do you. It is buildable coverage so you can add more if you prefer. Ive only done one to two layers at a time. Also the pigmentation is so minor that it is meant for ALL skin tones and colors. I also really LOVE that the more you rub it into your skin the more the primer will activate and continue to reactivate the skin blurring ingredients. I like to put on one layer making sure I massage it in good. Then I wait a few minutes and if needed I’ll add a second layer. I really massage it into my skin well so the active ingredients will take affect. You should notice a difference if you don’t.So my biggest complaints are with the price and with the packaging. That should get a negative rating so I have to say the lowest at one star⭐️ For the price you get very little. And like everyone says a brand new bottle is definitely half empty. So you immediately feel ripped off just by opening the packaging. The consistency of the product is so thin that it pumps out barely thicker than water. And if the pump malfunctions in anyway you can’t get the product out at all.They need to double the size of the bottle for this price no exceptions!!! I’d definitely check Amazon first before buying from Ulta. Some things are the same price but most things are significantly cheaper on Amazon. Not to mention Ulta does not carry all the Tulu products and the absolute best is the Multi-Spectrum Eye Renewal Serum!!!!! The second best Tulu product is the pink bottle of Acne Clearing+Tone Correcting Gel!!!!!ULTIMATELY would I buy this product again? I was VERY excited to try this product after all of the reviews and youtube videos I watched about it. And, the product itself IS quite nice! It definitely color corrects when you rub in on your skin, and creates a subtle blurring effect, while reducing redness and providing a hydrating layer. My problem is with the packaging, and the fact that when I opened it, it felt as though half of the bottle was empty. I mean, I could CLEARLY bend the bottle and condense the product. It was as deceiving as a bag of chips!!! 1oz my ass!!! At $34 for an already small bottle of primer, you could at least fill the damn thing. Okay, first of all, let me just say that I have been in the hunt for the perfect “no makeup, just perfect skin” foundation/BB cream/primer for YEARS! I am in my late twenties and have a medium-tan skin tone with some hyperpigmentation on my forehead, big pores on my nose, and some redness on my cheeks. This is the real deal. Usually I’m not one to buy cosmetics off amazon. But I did. This is legit and it’s LEGIT. I use two pumps of this for my whole face. It looks white at first but it blends to the color of your skin as you rub it in. It absolutely blurs the skin. It smoothies it all out. I wear this everyday u see my foundation as a primer. It gives your face an almost tacky feel until it dries. I’m convinced my make up stay on longer because of it lol but even if you pair this with the eye brightening stick.. perfect no makeup look. This product is amazing!! I was hesitate to purchase due to the amount you get for how much it is, $32 for just 1oz. but boy does it deliver! I've always had oily skin and even bought moistures and other products to battle the oilyness throughout the day, but nothing truly worked. But this stuff complete game changer! I honestly bought this to try for the days I just do a simple powder vs when I use my IT cosmetics CC cream but this stuff is great no matter which one I use. And didn't expect it to help with my oily skin through out the day. Its lightweight, sheer and goes on very smoothly. Love this! It helps my skin stay hydrated and my makeup stays in place. I use EL Double wear foundation so it already stays on good but it tends to dry my skin out and settle during the winter months. This is a game changer. Really blurs my freckles. I don’t even wear any foundation with this. It make your face look so nice and just an even tone. Can use with foundation if you would like. You really don’t need to if you want a more natural look.
