After being worn down by all of the “EXTREME” and “SHREDDED” labeling of supplements here, I came across a review that mentioned True Nutrition. I’m not into bodybuilding or extreme fitness. I’m just a regular guy who trains consistently to be strong and capable. All I was ever looking for were supplements that weren’t full of things I can’t pronounce with labeling that is over-compensating for their lack of quality products. Comic book graphics and asinine fonts on my supplements don’t make me feel like the adult I am (or pretend to be, anyway). In fact, it’s embarrassing. That’s part of the reason why I gravitated toward True Nutrition. I don’t need a big spectacle on my packaging. I need quality ingredients at a fair price. That is precisely what TN delivers, and why I am a convert. If you like your supplements with horror movie fonts printed over the faces of screaming animals, then you do you. I do a mix of hydrolyzed protein, carb, and MCT oil about 20 minutes before working out (basically making my own "3Fuel" because I don't like the taste of stevia). After tons of research I decided the best carb would be HBCD and after much research on amazon, this unflavored option seemed pure. The taste is completely neutral (unlike the taste of hydrolyzed protein which tastes like necessary evil). I would only consider the unflavored option as the flavored ones seem like they have ingredients that are harmful for your health. Read more

Great product and digest perfectly intra workout. With a faster metabolism I have to keep my carbs high and being unable to eat during the workout window makes it difficult to keep my intake up, but utilizing this cyclic dextrin helps me meet that carbohydrate demands and fuel recovery and preformance. I've been working out for 15 years. I have tried pre-workouts and intra-workouts and I must say that this Highly Branched Cyclic Dextrin makes me push every last rep for a solid 2hr workout. Without it I usually start to yawn or feel slow after my first 30' in the wo. Read more
