After years of being Emo and a lot of hair straightening hair spray’s and constant heat damage my hair has been honestly fried and burnt. I have dealt with a lot of my hair shedding constantly especially when I shower or brush my hair the hair kind of just falls out I have awful split ends however I wanted to take something that would help my hair get some strength... I’ve been taking this for a week and I have been shedding so much less it is incredible and I don’t know if it’s just me but my hair is a tad bit shinier than usual so far one thing that I wanted to point out that is the pill honestly smells very strong not the best smell :( I have a very sensitive nose being prone to anaphylactic reactions with things caused by pollen but I was fine. It definitely was strong the taste is not that good but you don’t really taste much anyway because the hair pill is very small. however just a tip I kind of just hold my nose whenever I go for the pill it goes down easy with some water!! I have been blonde - platinum blonde - for over 10 years (not naturally...sadly). Therefore, my hair needs AS MUCH TLC as I can get. After much research, I decided on Trio Nutrition's "Hair Abundance" Premium Hair Growth Formula - Not only the amount of Biotin, but also the Keratin protein blends - Majority of all my hair products contain Keratin - it's essential for dry processed hair like mine. It has been a week and I can say my hair is so much shinier, feels bouncier, softer, and more manageable - I can only imagine once I finish the 30-day supply and purchase a second bottle, and a third bottle (you get the idea!)! I would have taken a picture of my hair, but I will try and update this after 30 or 60 days with the shine, manageability, and length difference attributed ALL to Trio Nutrition. The pill itself is extremely small (only thing I could find to show size comparison was a penny, quarter, and bobby pin. I had no problems swallowing this pill, no aftertaste. Trio Nutrition should be commended for providing a natural product that delivered results.I received the problem within 24 he's and it was very easy to swallow.Within two weeks my dull, dry and thinning hair has come to life! My hair is softer with more shine and fewer split ends. I am still experiencing a little shedding but it is nothing compared to the handfuls I was previously losing and as a result my hair feels thicker and looks fuller! I am even happier because my eyelashes are no longer breaking off and I can see new growth! WOOHOO!There is nothing I disliked about this product and I have already recommended it to several friends and family. The capsules are VERY small.. so they are easy to swallow. However, the smell.. phwwwwweew!They are damn smelly! They do work, I’ve noticed a major thickness difference in my hair. I will order another bottle and see if there’s a drastic change.The ingredients do have all the wonderful stuff that makes your hair and nails grow fast! I do believe that the smell might have something to do with why they work so well. Other products I’ve tried have never had a change to my scalp growth.. this one does.
