This product does not work for everyone. It takes about 2-3 weeks before you start feeling the affects. However, if it works for you as well as it works for me, its fabulous. I am almost two weeks into this 1 month course of turmeric ,Boswellia, ginger & black pepper capsules and l have to say there has been a good improvement in arthritic pain relief especially in my hands and knees - the biggest sore points!
