Neti Pots are a mini miracle. I heard about Neti Pots on The Doctor's TV show a few years ago. I decided right then and there I would never put water up my nose. I've done it before in the pool and it did nothing for me. But that was before the bad sinus infection, the headaches, the feeling like my head is in a vice and the world is off kilter. I crumbled, swallowed my pride and bought a Neti Pot. I only used half of the pre-measured saline powder. Make sure the water is about the temperature of your body and stir in the saline until it's desolved or it will burn your sinus and make you sneeze. After running it through my nostril and blowing, wow I felt like a new person. I use it often when I have a cold, allergies, or feel a wee bit stuffy. It's great to use after mowing the lawn too to help get the dust out. I could not live without my Neti Pot. I'm so surprised just how much better it makes me feel. And it helps when you are coughing too, it cleans out the mucous causing the cough. I just can't say enough about it. It's worth a try, if you don't like it, try it again, then decide. I think you'll love what it does for you. If you don't try it, you will never know how great it is to feel so much better instantly. I got this neti pot for travel. I have a ceramic one at home but didn't want to travel with something breakable. This one works well for packing because it's a compact size and the plastic does not easily damage. I will continue to use it when traveling but using this one taught me that not all neti pots are created equal. The ergonomics are not nearly as good as my ceramic model. In order to get decent flow, I often had water coming out of the top or had my head at a very weird angle. There may be a better plastic model out there. Read more

The spout is chipped and is made of cheap plastic. I was embarrassed to open the envelope it came in. This is how bad the quality of this thing is. Even a ceramic cup would cost less than this at target. if you are looking for a nice looking ceramic one then I would say you should walk into a store and get it don't be lazy and order from Amazon. One of the worst products I have bought from Amazon. May do the job but I am not even going to try for the sheer bad quality of this product. I have a porcelain Neti pot at home, but purchased this one for travel. It is light, durable and drains easily into nasal passages without spilling. I travel a lot and simply pack a closed container of table salt to add to sterile water. 10 sachets were nice but did not last me long. Carrying the salt and pot in a Ziplock bag works well for me. Could easily be used for home use in place of more expensive porcelain pots. Read more

This is a great product, especially for travel or for a first time user to see if Netti is for you.As always, tip it carefully and tip it to a less steep angle if you want less pressure.I was pleasantly surprised that it is will made with smooth edges etc. I love it and will gift another to a friend. I have a porcelain Neti pot that I use for everyday, but this little one will be great for traveling. It’s tiny, just enough for one nostril at a fill, and comes with the little salt packets inside. Nice and light and will fit in your sundries or cosmetic bag. Read more
