Tranquilities are some of the most affordable diapers you can buy, and keep you from breaking the bank if you need them regularly. These breathable ones are extra nice for comfort--the plastic backed ones can chafe and overheat me sometimes, personally. As for absorbancy, it's nothing spectacular, and good for daytime use if you know you'll have access to places to change. Overnight can be a dangerous game. Only one thing bugs me with tranquilities--the sizing. I'm always _right_ at the borderline between small and medium for most brands, and can go either way, usually opting for small. But for tranquility, I'm still within the waist range, and it fits in that respect, but the length of the diaper drops substantially, and there's not enough rise to feel... yknow, adequately covered. Unfortunately, the mediums are then pretty big in comparison... but hey, humans come in many shapes and sizes so they can only do so much. But, as a heads up for others who are really skinny, but tall, go for the mediums if you're on the cusp. The extra length is worth it, so you don't feel like you're wearing a bikini! Read more

These use to be a 5-star product for us. Grandma has end-stage dementia and is obviously incontinent. She also has a habit of holding onto her urine and letting it go all at once. She floods a lot of products because it goes from dry to flooded in moments without warning. We have been getting these briefs by the case for over a year. But this last case, something is off and different. The smart core isn’t a core as it is off to one side. And they seem thinner and the inside almost crystalline, you can hear and feel a sand like substance. Hopefully we just got a dud case or we will go back to the drawing board to switch again. I felt compelled to write this review the morning after. I only have trouble retraining my bladder at night. I must say these are the best diapers I have tried in a long time, possibly even better than the Abena M4.First and for most, the tabs are huge and provide a lot of options for placement. Somehow the actual padding I thought was pretty small as far as diapers go, but that isnt the case. These diapers can hold a night time worth of wetting, no problem! To my absolute surprise no plastic pants are needed either! I am a heavy back sleeper so I dont wake up or move much but even still. The diapers disperse wetness incredibly well on their own compared to other diapers. The one thing you do need to do is make sure the tabs are securely placed and at a good angle so they dont come apart. I had no issue with them, I just noticed that they seem to easily come apart when I was putting the diaper on. I cannot comment on how well these would be for up-right daytime use, it might be something completely different than my experience. But for night time use, I absolutely adore these and I love how affordable they are.I almost forgot on top of all that, the diapers are very light and breathable (at least when dry)Just make sure you use plenty of baby powder! These are amazing. The Smartcore Tranquility’s initially looked super thin (like, TOO thin to be good), but after opening package to “breathe”, they seem to be “fluffed out” better- still VERY THIN which is a GOOD THING!🥰I like that they have the Velcro tabs. I need readjustment capabilities sometimes, especially during the daytime.I like the smart core tranquillity’s for daytime and the plastic-backed “ATN’s” at night time.Don’t be discouraged by how “thin” these appear- they are AMAZINGLY absorbent, and very comfortable. After my first 12-pack, I got the 96 count, they’re *that* good!Definitely worth a try, they’re super inexpensive compared to many other brands and great for daytime due to the thin design. They don’t will enormously, either, so are quite discreet, even when wet! Read more

Absorbency is fine , comfort is pretty good when you can get a good fit , and the value is good as well . But my one complaint is , either I'm inbetween sizes , or 40-58 is way to big on me . I've tried the medium and it's too small on me . So I guess I'm stuck . Also the tapes could be stronger , as one popped loose while i was walking around . On second diaper tried .Over all if you manage a good fit , it's a great value and I believe can hold at least one full void .Not much to say beyond that as I've only worn two diapers so far . We have to get the XXL and have settled on these because the quality is a bit better than others. They still shift around too much during slide transfers. I suspect that the only way to fix that would be to make them more slick on the outside. We've tried many brands and so far this is the one we are using. The FitRights would have worked if they had been sized properly, but they are much smaller. Read more

These were advertised to be cooler. Not even close to Poise and other incontinence products I have tried. Sweating like crazy. These are huge! They have couple pieces of tape that don't stay very long so the item is not close to the body. Exremely bulky. I tried one and now am DONE. Tossing these horrible things. I feel sorry for those who read and believe the ads. Read more

This was to be a diaper for a female, but it was to bulky and awkward to work with. Very awkward for a disabled person to use. Tabs were small and awkward to work with, especially with arthritic hands. The seller, Comfort Plus, was very prompt in the handling and delivery to our home of this item. Return of the items (3 pkgs.) and refund are currently being handled with Comfort Plus and Amazon. Read more
