I ordered three colors from this "Too Faced" brand bc a friend said they made good stuff and the picture and the description looked good. I figured it was just a cute slogan, not the company policy. This is the first of the three colors to arrive (They SAID they handed the other two "directly to a resident" but that definitely didn't happen so hopefully those will come in at all!) and just based on this first color... SO DISAPPOINTED!Besides the tons of glitter in this lipstick, it doesn't feel or look any different from any cheap five or even DOLLAR store pink lipstick I could have gotten. It's not metallic at all, just covered in glitter. It's also not creamy at all, its gritty from the glitter, rubbing my lips feels scratchy. Even with a ton of glitter in it a high end lipstick shouldn't feel like this. I feel the amazon ad greatly misrepresented this product. I am VERY worried about the other two lipsticks I ordered. If they aren't 100% as metallic as it shows in the picture (Marcia Marcia Marcia DEFINITELY is NOT metallic, only glittery!) then I'm definitely sending them all back for a refund on the grounds of false advertising. I ordered this product specifically for the metallic shine, if the other colors don't match their picture the way this pink one didn't, its not worth letting them keep my money. Just tried Wet Cherry and they were much better, I felt like there was quality there, but this? They put all the money in the fancy packaging, not the product! The consistency is perfect. Didn’t dry out my lips and I’m 55. Not long lasting. But I don’t care. This metallic is amazing. Was just what I was looking for. Got a slight halographic quality. I'm a little surprised there have been negative reviews of these lipsticks. I ordered Pixie Stick and was sent Marcia Marcia Marcia by mistake, but I kept it and ordered Pixie Stick again. Both colors are fabulous for the type of look they're designed for - very bright, shiny and have excellent, opaque coverage. So often what's advertised as shiny metallics are little more than tinted lip glosses. I haven't worn these all day yet so I won't attest as to whether they dry out, but I'm sure it's nothing a little lip gloss wouldn't correct. They certainly apply creamy. If you want a standout, sexy look, these will more than do the job. My boyfriend won't let me out of the bedroom!Update: I enjoy the Pixie Stick and Marcia Marcia Marcia so much I ordered more colors - TF 20, Miss Thing, Hot Flash, That Girl, Trampula and reordered Pixie Stick (the dark purple is that good). All showed up except for Trampula, so I wrote them. Anastasia's review above gives excellent descriptions so mine would be repetitious. Her pictures were part of the reason I ordered the other colors. I've tried so many "metallics" that were excruciatingly dry, dull or tasted industrial. These all pass the test. And you better tell your partner to wear sunglasses when you put on TF 20 (again, see Anastasia's review), not that they won't love it as much as you do. I hope Trampula shows up! Read more

This color reminded me of college! Big hair! Bright lips! Vibrant big earrings! This Too faced lipstick did NOT disappoint! It’s better than anything I had in the 90s, and the color pigments are strong. It goes on beautifully and it has such vibrant tones- it’s just gorgeous on. I bought Trampula for a cosplay I am working on that needed a sparkly blue lipstick. It arrived well packed and with Amazon's usual speed.The Good: The color is gorgeous, it has subtle magenta shimmer in the blue that is more visible on the stick than when applied. The shade looks awesome with my pale skin and is great for the character. Also love the sparkle this has, the glittery effect is quite pretty in person. Durability is exactly what I would expect from a lipstick, plan to re-apply it regularly, it may last better with an sealer over it. The lipstick case is cute, and distinctive so easy to spot in my makeup bag.The Bad: I was expecting a more opaque color. The lipstick itself is a bit sheer with my natural lip color showing through more than I anticipated. To use it for the character, I'm going to layer it over a blue lipstain. The other thing I am not a fan of is that glitter shed everywhere. I sparkled for two days after wearing the lipstick. If you are going forthe twilight vampire effect, thisstuff will do it. That may be a selling point for the glitter fans out there, but not me.In the end, would I buy again, probably yes, but I would search for something that maybe was not as prone to glitter shed first. Cute lipstick for evening wear, as it sparkles gold tint. Love this brand! I’m blonde, and in early sixties, so just a lite dab over my base lipstick in the center of lower lip to make them pop! I couldn’t carry off wearing it all over both lips. Young gals sure can. Read more

Too Faced isn't a bad brand - it's great as an affordable alternative to high-end.I bought this more as an accessory than an actual, practical application, even though it looks pretty on. This is one of my favorite lipsticks of all time. The color is GORGEOUS and it's really long lasting without being dry. Very creamy and glittery with high pigment and color payoff. Don't fall too much in love with it, though, because this was a limited addition/ throwback from the brand. Maybe they'll release them annually or something.
