This tastes really good, so I just squirt it directly in my mouth. I bought it to help boost my immune system, and it's kind of hard to gauge how effective a supplement is...I mean, I'm really just hoping it helps and I feel like if the taste is pleasing, and it only takes a few seconds to drink, then it's far more likely that you will take it and benefit from it. The liquid form of elderberry is wildly convenient and definitely a great option for kids and people who don't like big capsules. I buy the gummies and liquid for my kiddos but stick to capsules for myself because they're cost effective however the taste is ugly. I just received the product, the box is fine and no damage but upon opening the bottle as you can see in the picture the glass dropper is cracked and missing a piece. Assuming the glass is in the bottle I was unable to try the product. Make sure you check before consuming. Great flavor! I enjoy taking it straight from the bottle. Some may prefer it diluted because it's very tart, but I quite like it. Less sweet and thick than other elderberry syrups I have taken, and I appreciate the extra boost of vitamin C. The amount of product for the price is a good value. Highly recommend.
