I am not surprised. I do not buy personal products of any type from Amazon anymore since almost 100% of them been poor quality, broken, definitely not the same as the ones I purchased directly from the company or at the store.I gave in on this one since I couldn't find it in the stores any longer. Of course.I immediately noticed the nasty, cheap, intolerable smell. I was actually embarrassed running errands, etc., that people anywhere around me could smell the nasty, vending machine cologne cloying stink.It also didn't work well, but even if it had, I would have tossed it since the smell literally made me sick.I may return it, not sure.There are so many things from vitamins to cleaning supplies to tons of toiletries, food, well, the list is endless, but I wouldn't dare purchase them from Amazon. I was able to use this 1x before it quit working. A full bottle wasted. The spout isn't broken. The push down part doesn't seem to be broken. It's almost like it got clogged somehow from the mousse harding on the inside. The cap was placed back onto it after the 1st use. Read more

Fairly certain this item is a fake. I have used this product for a long time. There was a stick-on label on the bottle (those from salon do not have this). The mousse had a different consistency and odor than those from salon as well. Buyer beware. Read more

Hold my hairstyle for 5 days. The product itself is very good but the packaging has problem... the piece of plastic where the mousse comes out often brake loose before I use up the mousse , so i have to throw away the bottle ....wasting my money....This review reflects the product itself not the seller at this point.
