Let me begin by saying I've used Tigi Bed Head shampoo and conditioner for years and have always loved the product. That being said, I rated 1 star because they advertised 50 oz making you think you're getting bigger bottles, but you're actually getting two 25 oz bottles. I'm ok with that, but don't throw a label over the ounces that reads "epic size". There's nothing epic about being deceitful. Also, while my conditioner bottle was filled to the very top, the shampoo was only 3/4 filled. They still smell normal, however the date on the bottom of the bottles indicate they expired a year ago. I love this shampoo/conditioner. The issue is you are paying full price for an expired product. This last one I received was 15 months expired. It definitely doesn’t work as well and the smell is a little bit funky because of it. You can go directly to the beauty salon and get fresh ones for the same price. I have ordered several times now and I have never received one that isn’t expired. I will not be purchasing this product through Amazon again. Read more

This product did not moisturize like other Tigi products I've used, in fact I think my hair is drier using it. I've read several reviews mentioning this product may be fake? Now I wonder. I also noticed my hair was flatter and had less body using this product. The smell was good. If you just want clean hair, this is fine, but not worth the price if you're expecting a product that moisturizes and repairs your dry hair. Read more

I got my product yesterday and it didn’t come in the bound packaging like advertised in the picture. It was in a zip lock bag and it leaked everywhere in the bag. It was also expired by 4 months. This was not advertised. I am not happy with this purchase and wasted money since it’s all spilled out in the container.I have only used this brand and loved it when purchased before. My salon recommended this brand and set to me and I have been obsessed ever since. I've been using this for almost a year now and I can't imagine using another purple shampoo it's perfect the way it tones your hair and the smell is so so nice, the feel is also very lightweight you dont even need to use a lot of product this has last me a long time, I have used my bottles for almost a year and this was my second time purchasing since I could not find these in stores. I have been using this product for years, however this bottle is different. When I got it I thought it didn't smell like it normally does. Maybe I am getting used to the smell and continued on. Well 2 months into using it, my hair is lifeless, greasy and I am losing tons of hair. I switched shampoo and my hair came back to life. There is something not right with this product. Love these Bed Head tweens; have been washing my hair with them for years now and through bleaching and dyeing it they've kept my locks smooth and silky. I usually use the level 2 (turquoise bottle) but every now and then if I feel my hair needs a boost I'll buy this more intense set and use it for a month or so to pep my hair back up. It smells SO YUMMY; hard to describe, sort of bubble gummy and fruity, just very juicy and yummy! The smell lingers on your hair and I've had many compliments on how nice my hair smells. The tween packs are really good value- more expensive than something you'd buy in the supermarket maybe, but each set lasts me a good long time so it works out very comparable, plus this is salon quality. I recently bought another shampoo to try and save a few pennies and my hair quickly felt much less bouncy and shiny, so I switched back and have lovely hair once again. Read more

I didn't read the size of these bottle I wrongly assumed standard size. They are not they are a whopping 750ml!! I have blond highlights with natural grey and light brown hair. Very fine hair but lots of it. Wow this set suited my hair perfectly. I can't remember when my hair shone so much. Wow I'm impressed the colour is perfect too. I suffer from seborrhoeic dermatitis this shampoo hasn't made it worse as I thought it might because of the silver in fact it improved it the area affected is much less and now hardly itches. I did massage the conditioner well in which I think helped. I decided to bite the bullet and grow out my grey during lockdown rather than buy an off-the-shelf brunette dye. I rather liked the dashing silver streaks to begin with and made lots of jokes about my decision to go ‘platinum blonde’ -ha ha.But, nearly a year on, I got a bit despondent when it started looking coarse and pepper-and-saltish, and all the shine seemed to go... it was so tempting to just think ‘sod it’ and go back to a youthful - don’t laugh - brunette, with gleaming locks that would make me feel SO much better.Instead, I gritted my yellowing (and that’s another depressing story) teeth and did some research and realised that it needed deep cleansing and moisturising (apparently). This stuff had good reviews, so I bought it (and the pot of masque, incidentally) and... wow! Honestly! It is amazing! I am not joking. After one wash, I have gone from looking like some tired old librarian (sorry, tired old librarians) with an unflattering haircut to me! With glossy hair! Still in leggings and a food-stained sweatshirt, of course, but my hair looks genuinely swingy and sparkles under the bathroom light. No doubt it will in the sunshine too - I guess the sun will eventually come out, if the government ever allows it to. So do invest, if you’re humming and hah-ing - why not? I love this shampoo and conditioner - it smells gorgeous, leaves my hair lovely and soft. You do have to be careful not to leave the shampoo on too long as the colour will "grip" to beached hair and leave it looking a bit purplish but all these type of products do - I have tried plenty trust me! I've always loved this product since I first used it in Germany in 2010. Beautiful smell, doesn't leave hair greasy or limp. Excellent product for more damaged and dry hair types. Being a hairdresser this has saved my hair so many times from all the colouring and bleaching it. Highly recommend for those of you with chemically treated and damaged hair. Read more
