The media could not be loaded.  Initially I was comparing this mask to the cheaper one available on Amazon. My husband suggested that I spend the extra money especially since it came with a pouch AND more importantly, came with a 1 year NO QUESTIONS ASKED warranty. I am soooo glad I listened to him. This mask is amazing!!!! You definately get what you pay for!!!I just microwave for 30-40 seconds and the tiny beads stay toasty for 30 minutes. See attached video.It is larger than others and fits across almost half of my face which really helps with inflammation due to allergies. Also perfect for headaches/migraines. The quality is exceptional. The fabric side is super soft. I wipe it down after each use with a sterile wipe but the directions say it can be hand rinsed with soapy warm water. I have been diagnosed with Blepharitis and my Opthamologist's instructions stated I should use a warm compress twice a day for 30 minutes. I used a heated gel pack until this mask arrived and didn't losen up anything. I CANNOT believe how much was loosened up after initial use of this mask! I love it so much, I bought another one for my Mom. Best hot/cold pack eye mask out there. I've tried pretty much all of them. This is the most durable and covers the largest area, making sure to get all of your eye (and surrounding area). I like the fuzzy side, but i usually go directly with eye on plastic since that side is hotter. Read more

I bought this for an eye procedure I needed on both eyes. I only used it frozen but It was perfect. The backing is soft and the mask itself is larger than most so it wrapped around to the side on my head a bit. I found it lasted much longer than 1 I had bought at walmart that broke after a month. Recently, I had been having migraines for about 3 weeks straight, so I purchased this mask and got it within a couple of days. It helped relieve some of my migraine (when it first starts out). It doesn't take long to get cold. I also liked the mask part, because I was able to block out most of the light that was also intensifying my migraine. I have only used it for cold, not heat. I was able to use my CPAP nasal pillows with this on at the same time. The fabric is nice and soft. Really impressed with this mask. I get migraines in my eyes and on my forehead a lot.. I’ve bought migraine hats that are made to cover the eyes as well and they just are too tight. This works well for my eyes or my forehead. I like using the fuzzy side for my eyes and forehead because the other side with the beads is really cold after being in freezer for a day or two. I was inspired to buy this during a migraine and when it arrived I stuffed it into the freezer to wait for the next one. Sure enough it did exactly what I hoped for. It was perfect for getting cold to the areas around my eyes but not pressing into my eyes. The one side has a really soft velveteen material that keeps the cold from feeling like you've just slapped a big plastic ice pack on your face. The head band is adjustable. I managed to get back to sleep with this just resting right above my eyes (on my forehead), but I've also used it to deal with that awful eye pounding pain that comes with my migraines.
