Horrible little set. The only pro for this product: it's stainless and the kids aren't eating warm foods directly from plastic.Some of the numerous cons:1. Too small - all bowls/containers are far too small. One bowl is probably the perfect size for a 6month old baby eating pureed foods for the first time, but that's it. Portions are too small for toddlers.2. Very challenging to clean - you need to separate the plastic sleeve from the metal at every wash. Some sleeves slip off easily (too easily, like during use) and some are too tight that we use knives or break nails getting them separated. Once they are pulled apart, you have double the quantity of dishes to wash! If you skip this step, you risk nasty build-up in between the products.3. LIDS DON'T FIT - completely useless4. There's a rolled over rim which could be a spot for collecting water/food and may be difficult to fully dry.5. Thinkbaby customer service is the worst! We've made several calls, emails etc. in an attempt to contact customer service to explain the oddities and dissatisfaction with the products, but they haven't answered their calls or returned emails. I got this set for my LO going to preschool. I use the big bowl with lid, small bowl with lid and the rectangle container with lock lid to carry her lunch everyday. I’m happy with this product overall but also have two major complaints. First one is that the lids of two round bowls are not 100% leaking proof. I have the small bowl containing fruit, and the lunch bag gets wet by the fruit juice every single day when I take them out for cleaning. And second one is that the whole set is double layered, the plastic outside bowl and stainless steal inside bowl. So I have to separate each bowl, the outside and inside, for cleaning. The three containers I use become six parts and take space in my dishwasher. If I don’t separate the containers, it’s highly possible that the dirty and greasy water will stuck in the between gap and that’s very disgusting. Read more

Really disappointed with this product. We are are tryng to rid our home of plastics and thought this was a fun painted stainless steel set. It's however simple stainless steel cased in 1-2 plastic covers. So not only do you have tk seperate it and wash it seperated but you are still going ro be using the plastic.Besides that the set also came scratched up. Especially the plate lids. I guess it must of been already used and returned.It's a shame, I was so excited. Read more

I read through most of the reviews before I decided to buy, which made me worry about the rust spots and broken lids. But I still want to give it a try after my 1 year and half boy break the third ceramic bowl.I am glad the whole set of tableware is as good as I expect. No rust spots, no broken lids. The shells are easy to separate from the bowls/cup/box. The sizes are perfect for my baby's relatively small high-chair table. I like to put rice in a bowl , and vegetable or meat in another bowl or plate.This set of bowls is just right for me. If you like to put everything in a big divided plate, you might think every piece of this set is tiny. They are easy to clean since they don't absorb odor form food or dishwashing detergent like plastic bowls do. Read more

give easy to clean three star because need to clean separately. We clean the stainless steel parts by dishwasher top rack and hand wash those plastic parts. Otherwise very durable and sturdy. The lids don't seal, I am not very happy about it, but we haven't been able to travel much, so it is ok for using around the house. It is very light, easy to clean, and kids love the bright green color. I use them mostly for snacks and noodles. Read more

The double-layer design is great!!! I usually use the stainless inner bowl to allow food to cool down a little bit. Then I put the inner bowl in the outer bowl so that the food can be kept at a warm temperature.There is a little hole in the outer bowl to let air out so that the inner bowl can be easily put into it.I always separate the inner and outer bowls to wash. I just ordered another set but in blue because I love my green set so much! It dries quickly after washing it, very lightweight, and feels like good quality. It is great to take on the go too! I do find however that if you do not wash it or at least rinse it, that the food dries very quickly and having to wash the food off later takes quite a bit of scrubbing, and while I am afraid of scratching it, I have not scratched it yet.It is PERFECT for heating up baby food. I make my own baby food in ice cube trays and then freeze it. The night before I want to feed it to my baby, I take out the cubes I want and put it in the thinkbaby set, put a lid on it and then thaw in the fridge.When I heat it up for him, I put HOT water from my coffee maker into a pot and I am able to put the thinkbaby metal straight from the fridge to into the hot pot. The food hits up QUICKLY! This sudden change in temperature can shatter glass and I have shattered 2 glasses before, making me have to throw out the food quickly and, as I feed my child organic foods, this can be quite costly.I am looking forward to my baby becoming a child and using this durable set without fear of it breaking or breaking my floors/tiles too... I really like this set. I bought this for my daughter to use daily. I saw some people complain it is too small. But it is fine for us. My daughter is 4 years old. She doesn’t eat a lot so the size is perfect for her. We don’t bring them outside so we don’t use the lid. Read more
