Got these to reduce our plastic consumption. They work well! The cotton on the ends is more tight than regular QTips, which is better for cleaning up make up and small messes, not leaving fuzz behind. I find that it takes less of these than the QTips brand to do the same clean up. Read more

I usually don't write reviews but I was so disappointed in this product. I was expecting to love these... I didn't realize how much plastic packaging there was but figured I could repurpose the little ziplock bags. But the most disappointing thing was they kept breaking in my ear, which was pretty scary. I wanted to like these, and I was ok with various aspects (the packaging, the amount of cotton) but the wood broke once in awhile in my hand. I continued to try, but this morning I wasn't paying enough attention to what I was doing, and I almost wasn't able to get the broken piece out of my ear (it was touch and go, but I got it out with tweezers). At that point, they all went into the garbage. Dangerous. As one other person remarked who also had this problem, I was not being particularly aggressive. I hate having any water in my ears post shower. Literally any water at all drives me crazy. I've been looking for good wood stick cotton swabs forever. Q Tip used to make good ones, but stopped. I've tried all sorts of other brands too like Swispers. None of them compare to these.The wood sticks are sturdy and the cotton ends are massive and thick. When I purchased these 8 days ago, they were 1200 pack and packaged in 12 ziplock bags which was then placed in 1 giant bag.Since then, it's now decreased to 1125 and looks like they're using cardboard/paper boxes. I guess the 75 deduction was to make up for the new packagingIt was 12 packs of 100 cotton swabs in individual ziplock bags with tiny holes in them and placed in a much larger ziplock bag. No box outside the delivery box they were sent inSome swabs have been stronger than others. Some have snapped. Some flex. Structure is inconsistentThe tips of the swabs don't have much cotton and the swabs are smaller than Qtips overall in both length and the size of the cotton headDepending on your usage, you may find these suitable but we're you to compare these to name brand, it's pretty clear in qualityIf the swab tips had more cotton and the sticks were more consistent, I'd enjoy these Read more

These are smaller than I thought but they do get the job done for my purpose I needed, for using as Qtips for cleaning out my ears. Although these are smaller, they are very sturdy and there's enough cotton on the tips and it doesn't come unraveled, like other Qtips I've used in the past. Actually I like these smaller Qtips better because they're easier to put inside the ears and I can imagine these being handy for lots of other things like cleaning in between small spaces like on my keyboard and for using with makeup, lots of things these can be used for. They came in a small brown cardboard box and as of now , I have just left them know the box they came in and I just pull one or however many I need right out of the box. Excellent Quality. I`ve tried other brands where the Cotton swab part would shred and fall into parts. Good new, it`s not the case for this one. It also comes in large quantities which is great. Recommended. Read more

These are terrible for absorbing anything there is hardly any cotton on the ends. I find I need to use 2 of these to do the same job as a brand name qtip. Read more
