These are moisturizing, and unlike other reviewers stated, each tube can be closed. My eye doctor showed me how and told me to just use the full tube within a day or two since it has no preservatives. Just use the cap you twisted off, and push the tip of the tube into the cap as shown in my photo. The photos show after the tube has already been pushed into the twist-off cap. Use some force then the cap snaps onto the tube. Read more

These TheraTears are an absolute eyeball saver!! I have suffered from severe dry eyes for decades. These are the only drops that lubricate for hours, but do not feel greasy, sting, or otherwise make me feel like there is "something" still in my eye after I use it. My eyes just feel refreshed, properly lubricated, and best yet...I no longer have to think about them, because they aren't bothering anymore (which is amazing in itself!). I have started calling this product "instant eyeballs"!The only improvement I can possibly think of would be to make the vials reclosable, but with how valuable this is to me, I will be a lifelong customer. There is simply no other product on the market that I have found, that works as well for me. Also, I react to many chemicals and preservatives in a lot of products, & these do not bother me at all.I highly recommend these to anyone with dry eyes!! Read more

These help my eyes noticeably. The air is very dry in winter because I live in a northern climate, and during the pandemic, too much screen time. If a person has to use eye drops daily, the preservative free ones are recommended by eye doctors. So I got these. They can be reclosed and there is enough liquid to put 2 drops in each eye 3 times a day and maybe even miss the eye with a drop a couple times. I usually only need them about 2x a day, so they're providing decent long term relief for me.Imo, if these aren't enough for someone, and they're getting enough sleep and humidify the air as needed, they may have a pretty severe dry eye problem and need to go to the overnight gels etc and see an eye doctor for more ideas. Had laser eye surgery around 25 years ago. Eye doctor highly recommended this eye lubricant as this product, vs others, would not block the eyes natural moisture production. After surgery, every few minutes to a few hours, I had to use this blessing, for exactly 1.5 years! Just like that, one morning, my eye recovered fully! Doctor was right! Sure, I tried others though out the years, and there are other good products, just not better. Results speak for themselves! Read more

I ordered from amazon when local stores did not have it as I had been satisfied with prior use. Both boxes I ordered arrived entirely ripped on one side and with a small amount of used-looking tape on it. For something that goes into your eyes, this is a huge warning sign of possible lack of sanitation. regarding the item itself, being preservative free and reusable/recappable are this item's best properties. it is mild, never stinging or causing any significant weird side effects (like the allergic reaction plus gumminess/glue like feeling when I tried Refresh optive). if I use too much in a short period of time, some mild debris does form on lashes or corners of eye that i just rinse off with water. it does not last too long but i feel the mild nature of it lends itself to frequent use, sometimes 20 times or more a day I can use without any significant side effects Read more

I have tried so many eye drops and I had to use them more than 3 times a day. I’m a 30 year old female with chronic dry eyes. It’s due to my skin disease so it’s not something that can be cured, only treated. I tried these drops and they soak in really well. I put 3 drops in each eye twice a day. I don’t have sand paper eyes anymore and I get less styes which makes me very happy. My eyes were so bad I could never wear eye makeup or I’d get a stye. I tried stye drops and medicine but they weren’t helping. Now I can wear my eye make up all day. I love these drops and I recommend this to anyone that has dry eyes even a little. Its not healthy to live with dry eyes and could cause issues when you’re older. Read more

I have EXTREMELY dry eyes. I used a particular preservative free single use eye drops for years, but this past summer it stopped giving my eyes any relief. I had to start looking around for another OTC lubricating eye drop. That's easier said than done. They all don't work the same way on every person the same way so you have to buy them, try them and see if they work for you. Thankfully, these Thera Tears Drops for Dry Eyes work perfectly for me, AND when I have times where my eyes become unusually dry I have to use something even more lubricating I have found the Thera Tears Nightime Dry Eye Therapy single use vials work very well for me. The only problem with these drops is in my home area they are extremely hard to find. After going to several stores and not finding any I gave up and went online and to my delight Amazon had them in stock, so now I just order them (I have signed up for them to be delivered once a month) and I don't have to be concerned about not being able to find them in stores around here. Thanks Amazon. Read more

My new healthcare plan forced me to look elsewhere for an eye moisturizer. My plan increased the cost of Restasis to a level I can't afford. I tried many over the counter drops and this one is my best closest substitute. It moisturizes my eyes very well. I am on the computer most of the day. I can get through my workday without reapplying. It drops easily into the eye and I use 1 drop in each eye per morning. I sometimes do another treatment when I get home. Overall, I'm very happy. My pharmacist gave me a tip and an empty pill bottle. I use Thera drops in the morning, stand up the container in the pill bottle and put it in the frig. It doesn't leak out, stays sanitary and I can get a few days per vile vs one per day. Read more
