I bought this item in conjunction with the Theraflow Dual Foot Roller (the single roller for each foot) in an attempt to relieve the extreme foot pain I was experiencing from my new job. My new workplace has old wooden floors and I walk the entire time I'm there. Even with proper cushioned footwear, my feet would hurt while I worked and after I came home. Then it progressed to where I could barely walk each morning when I got out of bed. I would literally hobble every morning for the first ten minutes or so until the pain subsided. My feet started to ache constantly throughout the week, even on my days off, and I found myself unconsciously repeating the phrase, "Oh, my feet hurt". I've tried Epsom salt soaks many times and it helped a bit, but not much longer than after the soak was over. Rubbing them didn't do much either.I decided to look for a solution by purchasing a foot massager. I remembered the incredibly expensive foot massagers I've seen at places in the mall. I didn't WANT to spend that much, but my feet were killing me, so I figured the expense would be worth it. I read the reviews first, and found that so many people said they all broke within a few months, or that it hurt too much to use, or that it developed a squeak after about a month, which made it annoying to use, and that their customer service wasn't helpful in regards to fixing the problems. I couldn't see spending that much knowing that many problems could arise and essentially have a $300+ piece of junk on my hands (or rather my feet).I continued searching Amazon for a different solution, and I saw this little wooden roller set by Theraflow. Honestly, it looked like something my grandparents would own. I didn't figure it could really do much for me, but I read the reviews. Most of them were positively glowing! Several people described having the same foot pain I was experiencing and said this was definitely giving them some relief. It's not very expensive, so I thought I'd try this as a first attempt and move on to something else if it didn't work. As I said in the beginning, I also bought the single roller along with the XL Dual Foot Massager, because reviews said the single roller helped to get into the arch of your foot better and I was experiencing a lot of pain in the arches as well.It was delivered within two days which I thought was extremely prompt. It came well packaged, nothing was damaged, and I used it immediately. The nubby parts on the back sort of hurt at first as my feet were quite sore from the start. But after using both items, my feet felt less constricted and less sore. I was able to walk with less pain. Now it's been about three weeks since these massagers arrived, and I've purposely waited in giving a review to see how they help.I can tell you that I use them every day at least twice a day. I've created a routine of waking up and rolling my feet on both items within a few minutes of getting out of bed for maybe 2-3 minutes. I then get up and get ready for the day. I come home at night and use them for 5-10 minutes in the evening while watching television. Every week I've seen improvement, and by this third week, my feet barely even hurt while at work. I'm no longer hobbling out of bed every morning!! Many of my co-workers are complaining about their feet and their backs, and mine no longer bother me. I can still feel a little soreness, but I wouldn't classify it as painful at all. As of last week, I've recommended these products to at least two of my co-workers who are the most vocal about their foot pain.By the way, those little nubby parts on the rollers are the best part now that the pain has subsided! The XL size is definitely the way to go. The extra row of "nubs" feels really nice, and don't let the XL title confuse you into thinking it's just for the largest of feet. I believe it will work for any size feet, it just gives you extra surface area and an extra nubby roller.I am soooooo happy I accidentally stumbled onto this product while searching for those way more expensive mechanical massagers. It has saved me a bundle, I don't have some gigantic boot-like contraption sitting in my living room, and I honestly believe these rollers are more therapeutic for my needs than the mechanical shiatsu devices. You should definitely give this item a try before pursuing more expensive options. You may just find it's the only solution you need. Read more

I have had the product--Theraflow Foot Massager--for a few days and used it several times a day for up to 2 minutes each time. The product is absolutely fantastic! Comfortable, easy to use--just sit, relax and gently move your feet back and forth. Now, as for results--WOW! My feet feel so relaxed where before they always felt tight. Nerve endings are soothed. More than this, there have been all body reaching effects. For instance I carry stress in my shoulders and neck. After a session with the massager, that area feels relaxed. When I use it briefly after a meal, my digestion seems greatly improved. I experience overall relaxation throughout y body. Thank you for this great product! Read more

This product is amazing! I started recently having stabbing pains in my heel- I was told by a podiatrist I have bone spurs and plantar fasciitis- all he did was give me a cortisone shot (which only lasted a couple of weeks and which I later received a $300 bill for) and sell me on some $60 insoles. I'm so glad I came across this product! It feels SO GOOD on my feet and even though I've only had it a few days I'm already having less foot pains. Read more

I have plantar faciitus, and have been looking for ways to help relieve the discomfort in my feet. Thi product has been AMAZING. I keep it at the side of my bed, so I can use it every night before bed and each morning when I wake up. It feels SO GOOD, it's one of those things that once you use it, you don't know how you ever got through life without it! Not only does it relieve pain, but it helps me start my day feeling a little bit more energized, and as a mom of 3, every little bit helps!!For me personally, I wish they had one just like this but had all the rungs like the bottom one, (with the small wooden lrongs with small rounds of wood at the end) as that one feels the best on my feet.I would HIGHLY recommend this product to anyone who wants to treat their feet!! I’ve been having so many issues with my feet the last few years. My feet hurt so bad, it’s made me become a hermit. I’ve had tendinitis in both and now plantar facisits. I get foot cramps all the time. After just one day with this under my desk at work, I feel a huge difference. My feet no longer feel tight and painful. They feel tingly- in a good way. I look forward to being able to go for a walk & not have to rest along the way. I know it’s meant for feet but I may try it out on my calves. I also love that it’s small, looks nice & doesn’t slide around. I highly recommended this for anyone, foot issues or not, if you sit a lot. Nice way to keep the blood flowing when stuck at a desk. Not originally for myself but admit I’ve used it a few times already. The knobby part feels the best imo and overall a good way to ease some foot pain. Has padding on the bottom to help keep it from sliding around or maybe scratching floors. I didn’t notice any odd smell the seller mentioned from the wood finishing process. Read more

When I received this product I had already been previously contacted by the seller informing me of how to properly use it upon its arrival. I thought that was very courteous and smart on their part. Had I not received their email I might’ve unknowingly misused the massager.I love this foot massager! I have used it every day so far and my feet feel wonderful afterward.I was recently diagnosed with plantar fasciitis and had been experiencing a lot of pain in my arches. This massager (which was approved for use by my doctor) has been helping a lot to ease that pain. I highly recommend this product! Read more

This gizmo is amazing. I spend quite alot of my 12 hour shift on my feet in addition to which I have plantar fasciitis in my left foot which at times can be very painful.Rolling my aching feet on this foot massager is heaven. It took a bit of getting used to but now I wouldn't be without it. May sound bizarre but I keep it by the bed because all plantar fasciitis sufferers will testify to the fact that when you get out of bed and stand, it can be agony... about 90 seconds of rolling my feet on this and I'm good to go. Honestly it's been worth every penny. Read more

I have used the foot rollers in the past and found them an inexpensive alternative to an appointment with a masseur.I recommended them for an elderly lady ((95 years old) with walking difficulties. She found them very helpful. These are the only exercise she can manage easily. At her request and recommendation, I bought the same item for a neighbouring couple (much younger!!!) who have also used them to good effect. In these circumstances, I recommend them for anyone, unless they have unusually sensitive feet and cannot bear to accept any massage pressure whatsoever. This wooden foot massager is very well made and seems of sturdy construction. It gives the feet a wonderful massage, and I think it was excellent value for money. The company who make these have very good service and backup, and seem concerned to know that the product has no defects, the massager also has a lifetime guarantee. Also very good was the ebook which comes free with this, all about the feet and various foot problems, which was very informative. Highly recommended, my sister has already purchased one and is also very pleased with it. Read more

I'm always a bit suspicious when buying this kind of product. Such items often offer a lot but deliver very little. Either that or the items are flimsy and a bit cheap. This item is very different. It's solid and well-made and should be more than up to the challenge of bearing my weight for a few years. The roller system works well. If (like me) you have ticklish feet then the first few attempts will make you go cross-eyed with discomfort - but stick at at it! After a few days you'll soon get used to it and that's when the benefits will start paying off. My plantar fasciitis is certainly much better since I started using it. Something good is happening - and you can't ask for more than that! Read more
