Forget the kids, my husband and I use it!! I originally bought them for the kids but, upon us tasting it, we decided to use one bottle for us and give the other to the little ones. To my surprise, our 6 year old said it has a funny aftertaste and wants to continue with her current mouthwash. The 10 year old has yet to try it, but I’ll update once he does. I'm an adult with very soft teeth that decay easily so I was looking for a slightly more natural fluoride rinse and was willing to try this one even though it is marketed for kids. The grape flavor isn't too bad but it is extremely sweet! Obviously it's not sweetened with sugar but my teeth THROBBED every time I rinsed with this anti-cavity oral rinse. This is the only fluoride rinse we can get my daughter to use! We have tried them all, and she just doesn't care for the kid aimed bubble gum flavors, but doesn't like the "spicy" taste of cinnamon or mint. Came across this grape flavor rinse on amazon and thought we'd give it a try. She loves it. It's a high quality rinse as well, the right amount of fluoride and has no artificial colors, flavors or dyes. I also like that it has xylitol which is so good for your teeth.
