The unit is perfect for storage and transport, quick and easy to use, and does make an immediate difference, especially when treating a finger cut by yourself. The tourniquet is quick and easy to use and stops the bleed so you can clean up, disinfect and protect very quickly! I recommend at least one in every first aid kit and a couple in an IFAK that you travel remote with. Read more
Yet another product that I hope to never use. Nice little compact carry case that I keep in my pack and one in my truck at all times.I did try it out on my finger to see how it works. Fit nice and tight and I can see that it would work very well if I ever need to use it for real. Read more
Haven’t had to use it yet great little need to buy some more actually saw it demoed buy a knife shop and they were out when I ordered from here. So it does in fact work. Great to have just in case I carry a knife daily so I have one in my back pack going to get a couple more one for home one for truck. Read more

I have used the T-RING for finger injuries on many occasions with the best results ever! Immediately stopped the bleeding and allowed me to clean and inspect the cut with the bleeding completely stopped instantly.
