I love(d) the good patch products for refresh ,period cramps and rest but these were terrible! Both me & my husband had terrible skin reactions to this particular patch and will never recommend this type to anyone . These are terrible. For starters, they’re very small. It’s a 1.5” square. The small size ends up being a good thing, because rather than ease pain, they hurt. They burn. AND they left a residue after being pulled off.I bought these for my husband, and he hated them. I decided to try a couple - on my back and on my foot. I didn’t like them either.I have an unopened packet of pouches, and I’m just going to trash them. Read more
