So here are the facts...Firstly, as other reviewers have said, it doesn't stay warm for long enough. I found 16 seconds in the microwave brought it to the perfect starting temperature for me but after 4 minutes, it cools enough to be ineffective.Secondly, there's no point strapping it round your head because the area that's supposed to 'compress' the eye has a curve to it. A bulbous shape. So it doesn't lay flat and you have to use your hand to keep the pressure and contact up.Finally - it just didn't work.I wouldn't recommend this. Read more
Very good product. Had been using a wet towel and it was more much more difficult to keep reheating the towel then storing it since it was wet. This is a lot more convenient as it is a dry product and you can store it away in a separate bag. The only downside is that I reheat it so that it can last for the 10 minutes. But this product does retain heat better than a towel. Read more
...maybe 5 minutes, then it has cooled to luke warm. Considering it recommends leaving the patch in place for 7 to 10 minutes, that doesn't seem particularly useful. Also the strap isn't designed for a larger than average head - I found it a little uncomfortable and awkward to adjust.Not hugely impressed I have to say. Read more
