BUYER BEWARE- I have several concerns/issues with this product. Number one, where it is made?? No where on the box, or insert in the box does it say where it is made. IF it were made in the USA I'm positive this would be all over the box proudly. Second, the only way to contact this company is on their very simple website via facebook or twitter. Red flag. No phone number, no email. I am shocked Amazon would carry a product with no information about what it is made of or where it is made. This is a huge concern. Third, when I did the boil process to mold it to my mouth, I noticed a very obvious film on the water. This was concerning but I thought, why not give it a try. After about four nights of using these mouth guards my husband and I both noticed a strange grainy feeling on our teeth, as if the plastic or whatever these mouth guards are made of started to stick and leave a residue. We immediately discontinued use. I would be very cautious in using this product. If this company was being honest about their product, they would have a contact number or email and it would state clearly on the box where it was made and what it was made of. Can’t believe I’m writing a product review for a mouth guard. But it’s that good.This is the most comfortable mouth guard I’ve ever worn ever. I wouldn’t ever imagine myself to take the time to write a review for such a simple product but it definitely derserves a good one. The lesson here is not all mouth guards are created equal haha this one wasn’t that is for sure. These worked PERFECTLY. I clench my jaw all night and have sensitive gums and my $340 mouth guard started to irritate them. I molded and trimmed one of the thinner guard in this pack and have worn it to bed for two weeks now. I will definitely never be buying guards from my dentist again. This is a wonderful product! These mouth guards are a good value. You get 3 light duty ones and 2 thicker ones. The thicker ones are what I am used to buying at Walgreen' s , but the lighter ones are more comfortable to wear thru the night. They shaped easily, just warm water to about coffee temp in the microwave drop the guard in and let it sit a minute and then pop it in your mouth bite down gently and hold until it cools. I usually repeat this one more time for a perfect fit. People with problems get the water too hot and leave it in there too long melting the plastic. Read more

I purchased this product and followed the instructions. When I tried to remove the teeth the teeth part came off and left the mold on my teeth hardened. The first photo shows the beginning. It took me 8 hrs of prying and scraping to get it down to the second photo. The website said use boiling water on a rag to soften it. NOT you ever try putting a boiling rag in your mouth? It burns your gums and the roof of your mouth. I called a dentist friend and he too could not come up with a solution. I'm on day 2 on trying to get the rest off. These worked great! Both the heavy duty and regular, fit my top and bottom teeth;but you only need to use 1 at a time. I'm so grateful because I have a deep bite/ overbite (I need braces), but they still fit over my teeth perfectly! Applying to the top teeth meant my lips didn't fully touch/close in the middle, but it didn't make me a mouth breather. Applying to the bottom teeth, I could close my mouth all the way, as normal.They don't come out when I'm sleeping! I grind/ clench my teeth in my sleep and have unsuccessfully used mouth guards in the past. They were all smaller in length (height between top/middle of gums and bottom of teeth). So they'd come out my mouth while sleeping and I'd wake up with it next to me. Also I chewed through a few within a month. So this is a lifesaver! seriously I'm so happy it fits. Read more

After a lot of research, I purchased this because of the feedback instead of the normal brand I buy. I also liked the idea that 5 came in the pack, and I would have extra on hand for easy replacement. The mouth guards stuck to the bottom of my nonstick pot, one got completely destroyed, the other only covered half of my teeth. I tried two more times, one of the heavy grinder ones, and another normal one. I put about 6 inches of water in the pot instead of 3in, and they only slightly stuck to the pot. I used tongs to remove instead of a cold wooden spoon. That seemed to work better. I waited a couple minutes to add the thick guard to the water after moving it to a cool burner, it took about 20 seconds to soften up. I removed, and let it sit a minute and a half before I made the impression. After I finished with the thick guard, I dropped the regular guard. It took about 18 seconds for it to soften up. I removed from the pot, and let sit a minute before I made the impression. These two turned out well, but the heavy grinder one is almost too thick, and uncomfortable to wear. I wore the regular one last night, and it seemed ok, but will need a little but of shaping to fit my mouth. Read more

I molded one of the thinner ones since I only mildly/moderately grind my teeth at night. A few years ago, I paid a lot of $$ to have a dentist make one for me. After I had some dental work done, it no longer fit my mouth and was useless. My doctor suggested something like this. This works better for me because it is much thinner and way more comfortable to wear at night (hardly even realize you have it on)....yet is still keeps me from grinding my teeth while sleeping. Confusing instructions advising the sea level will affect fitting then more confusion about the mould melting immediately ! Scary ! Once in the mouth it’s a strong plastic taste most unpleasant falling out immediately . Read more
