My son is 2.5 and really in between sizes to be honest, 90% of the time I purchase 3T for him just to be on the safe side, because 2T ends up being too short...well, my mom-Christmas brain acted up, and not thinking I ordered 2T like a week before Christmas, so there was no turning back....I was worried I would get them and they would be too small, but they fit perfectly! Two parts for review:I have 4 boys, I go through A LOT of pants.For toddlers, these are inexpensive and cute fit on a boy under age 2. They won’t be in them long enough to wear them out. I recommend for this age group.3 years and up:If you are looking for a nice set of slacks for a good price that fit modestly and has a color that lasts... look for Giobertis slacks on Amazon because these “chino” pants are none of the above. They are tight in the lower legs and look like a loaded diaper up top on my boys. The color fades quickly and become dingy looking and old.If you are looking for a traditional pant leg, this is not it either... makes feet and upper thighs and rump look oddly large. Which my boys prefer a wider leg that doesn’t make them look like they have leggings on rather than slacks.I do not recommend these for this age group.I hope this helps someone. Read more

These pants were at a great price but are also quality! They have the adjustable elastic waist which helps them fit far better then the typical casual dress pant. I bought these in multiple colors after my first purchase and found they were cheaper on amazon than in the store. They pair well with button up shirts but also can dress up an outfit with a casual t-shirt. After multiple washes they still look like new! Highly suggest these for a staple in any childs closet. These were just under $9 when I ordered them and worked out perfectly for my 2 year old's Holiday outfit. I got him a plaid shirt that matched his baby sister's bloomers and needed just solid black pants that weren't his usual cotton comfy ones.
