I did not want to go on birth control pills or surgery so I had tried everything to help fix the hormone issues I was having that were causing very heavy and prolonged menstrual periods. I read a lot about and watched many youtube videos about iodine/iodide before I tried this and it was well worth it. After months of heavy bleeding I started using this daily for a week and the bleeding stopped completely and has not started back and it has been about 7 weeks. Now I take it once a week and I have so much energy and sleep very well. Do your research prior to using it.
