So I really studied the reviews. I picked and chose accordingly to how I felt my needs would be.My favorite part is the handle and the angle.In my case, I see why there’s a variety of sizes.I have, different size spacing, between.I definitely do not want to be using six different ones, each use.However I chose one size. Of course it did not fit through several of my teeth. (In the back where I needed it the most.)The metal scraping across my teeth drives me batty. I read that in a different reviewers and I was like, well don’t run it across your teeth... This is pretty much impossible.I do not mind the “bending”, It straightens right back out.....I guess, if they used a hard plastic I would prefer it over the metal.So I found them a disappointment.Way too expensive. Especially seeing how they are pretty much a disposable thing. (One time use)... So yes it is disposable unless you dip it in alcohol or peroxide each use, even though there’s a cover to save it, the bristle part, is way too cheap, It would be like, saving dental floss after using it. The problem I have with these is that, while they are excellent interdental brushes, their cost is too high for them to be single-use items. I've found that, after 3 or 4 uses, the brush part tends to bend and then break away from the handle. This always seems to occur while the brush is between my teeth, creating a serious challenge of getting the wire out from between those teeth. There is also the risk of accidentally swallowing that wire during the attempt to remove it. I cannot recommend this brushes because of this common failure. Read more
This does the job, gets bits out, and works well. The only thing is that the brush bends very easily. Perhaps use a different metal that is stronger. Even on the thickest brush (green) it bends easily. It means they break easily and you have to keep buying new ones. Read more

I like these because they are sturdy and can be reused(like a toothbrush) I have had trouble with others where the wire would easily bend and break off. These I rinse and reuse and they last longer and do a good job. Read more
