Disappointed with this. I bought it because my 7 year old wanted to color his hair and I wanted something temporary and safe. His hair is light to medium brown and we used blue and purple. It took a lot for it to even show up on his hair but it made just hair look gross, even after brushing it.I used pink, purple and blue on my 4 year old daughter's hair and it showed up better on her blonde hair but the texture was still gross and it rubbed out quickly. If you have longer hair than a pixie cut this product is not for you. It takes forever to actually dry and then once it does your hair is unmanageable. I have hair that is past my shoulders and I couldn't do anything with it. You try to brush your hair and it feels like it's being ripped out and the color bleeds onto your brush. Anyone who says they were able to style long hair is lying. Anyone who says they washed it and the color stayed is lying. If you are a guy this is a great product. I have blonde hair and the purple was more of a lavender color. Not deep purple. I wouldn't recommend this product. I was very disappointed. Read more

We ordered this for a Halloween costume that needed red hair. I don't love the cheap colored hair spray simply because it makes the hair crunchy, stiff, and it's terribly messy. I decided to try this stuff. It arrived on time, packaged well, and looked as pictured. Upon opening I thought the color looked quite off, but still hopeful, tried it anyway. It was HOT PINK. Natural dark brown, very thick hair. Used the "shingles" method. Took the color alright, not greatIf you have thick hair like me, I recommend this method and I also recommend buying TWO containers.
