This was a disappointment being a Paul Mitchel product. The fragrance is hardly noticeable and there was little volume to my hair. The product was so thin that it did nothing to conditioning my hair. I used about a capful and felt that much more was needed. It left my hair feeling as if no conditioner was even used. The next day it needed washing again because it looked weighted down and dirty. I bought this along with the Anti-Thinning Shampoo and the results are amazing. I am no longer losing hair in the shower (like at all), and I have noticed that the overall condition of my hair is better - stronger and thicker. You will literally see results with this brand. I was losing so much hair that it was becoming noticeable and embarrassing, but looking in the mirror after using about half the bottle and I can visibly see a difference. I noticed less hair in the shower after only using this product for a week and after 2 weeks I wasn't having to clean any hair off the hair catcher thingy that sits over the drain. My wife jokes that I use more shampoo and conditioner ... on my beard, than she uses on her hair. I've tried nearly every "beard" shampoo and conditioner I can find. I also have a large bottle of the Paul Mitchell Shampoo One (light coconut scent) and tried the Paul Mitchell Lavender and Mint in this same "Tea Tree" line. The conditioner in this product seems to be much better than the shampoo. It's thick, it makes a very good lather and it smells a lot like most beard products that are labeled as "citrus". Which is a nice scent to have on your face. I let the conditioner set roughly 1-2 minutes before rinsing it off and I can see a difference in the health of my beard just when using the conditioner. If I use just the shampoo, there's not much difference. Might not help those who use this for the hair on their head but I'm going to stick to using the conditioner and seek out another shampoo. I naturally have fine and thin hair but I wanted to get thicker hair so I bought the set and at first I thought it was going well. But then after using it about 2x’s a week for four week I noticed I have been having a lot of thinning and then this week I actually started getting a painful sensation on my scalp, like my hair had been in the tightest pony of its life but had actually been down all day. Also my ends have gotten very bad again after I just had a trim last week. And it’s breaking an inch or so from the bottom. So, I’m not sure if it’s from this conditioner or because I transitioned to strictly Tea Tree for my hair care, but this is worked great for me! Pulling my hair into a pony tail, it’s definitely fuller/thicker and I’ve only been using it for a month (But I’ve been using the regular tea tree shampoo and conditioner for over three months now).Taking one star off since I don’t know it’s effect was because of my new hair practices or if the conditioner itself.I was unsure of the smell at first, since it was so...herb-y (?), but it’s grown on me! Pensavo di essere delicata io, quindi ho fatto usare shampoo e balsamo al mio compagno ma dopo poco anche lui ha riscontrato lo stesso identico problema. Inoltre il balsamo non mi ha lasciato per niente i capelli morbidi, era come non utilizzarlo. Non capisco come mai visto che gli ingredienti sembrano buoni.
