Class action lawsuit pending on this product. Several members of my family had hair loss, I experienced itchy large welts on my scalp, scalp sores, dry facial patches and irritation. It was an over time effect we used it for a long time. What Is DMDM Hydantoin? DMDM hydantoin is a preservative that is known to leach formaldehyde, a well-known human carcinogen, when it comes in contact with water. Beware Read more

I've been saying this since 2001 when I first purchased something online. I don't like the way the picture of the item is made to look so big and when it shows up, it looks like a miniature of what I thought it would be.About 6 months ago, I purchased a cat carrier for my cat. He's an average size cat, weighs about 10 pounds and he's 4 years old, so he's not getting much bigger. I love him a lot, so I usually get him the best stuff, whatever I think is going to be the most comfortable for him.So I see this cat carrier. It's labeled "LARGE" and by the picture, it looks like it's pretty big, like I'm not sure if it would fit in the back seat of my 4-door Chrysler Sedan.Anyway, this cat carrier shows up at the door and I'm anxious to see it because I gotta take the cat to the vet in a week. I take it out of the box and open it up. I started looking in the box for extra parts I figured I had to put together, but nothing. I open this thing up, unzip the one end and my cat is right there, cuz he likes to get in on the action when something is getting unwrapped. He sticks his head in the opening and that's all he can get in. This LARGE cat carrier was the size of a large overnight bag for toiletries. I don't get mad anymore. I've learned to expect it.Sure I know how to check inches, sizes and ounces, but my mind has been conditioned to look at the item, not the number of ounces. So I see a picture of this shampoo bottle that looks like a large container of shampoo and the price is $17.So I associate this with the last large container of shampoo I purchased for $9.95 and I figure this must be a large container of shampoo. Then when it arrives, it looks like the size of one of those little mini drinks for children. You know the one with the built-in straw that takes about 3 sips to empty it?I don't think anything I say will stop this practice, but I still say it every time it happens to me. Read more

I hate flowery and fruity-smelling shampoos. They give me a headache. This isn't that way at all. It's more like an earthy, 70's patchouli fragrance, but not overbearing. It also lathers well with just one pump of product. It doesn't dry my hair and my colorist says it's safe to use. I've used the regular version of the product (Tea Tree Special Shampoo) as well--the one that's not Lavender Mint--and it has a stronger Tea Tree smell that's more medicinal-smelling and it also seems to make my head tingle more after using it. These aren't bad things--they're just different than this product. The original version is more drying on my hair than this one, though. If you like earthy smells and have dry or damaged hair, then go with the Lavender Mint Moisturizing version over the original.Oh and I received authentic product. I think maybe people are thrown off by Paul Mitchell's logo not being on the label, but it's marketed under their "Tea Tree" logo, not Paul Mitchell's. Read more

The smell of the product is nice and subtle. It lasts for a long time as well. There seems to be little to no tea tree oil in the product; typically with tea tree products there is a tingling sensation with at least a hint of tea tree smell, this product doesnt have either. Bought it to help fight dandruff, and hasn't helped after a few weeks of having it.The product is not bad, it just doesnt seem to be what is advertised. Read more

I've been a loyal user of the Tea Tree Special line for probably five years now. It's worked really well for me but my hair is still a little dry, so I decided to try the Lavender Mint line for a little extra hydration. So far I like it a lot.The scent leans a little more toward the lavender end while I'm in the shower, but more strongly of mint after I rinse. It lingers for a while but not in an obtrusive way. My hair feels clean, soft, smooth and shiny. No sign of flakes or scalp irritation. I've also added the conditioner, deep conditioning mineral mask, and leave-in spray and they're all very nice. While the price is higher than drugstore products, the bottles last quite a while. Read more

This doesn't seem to be an original salon quality item. My bottle arrived completely scratched up with dents. I unscrewed the lid and there was no seal and no plastic seal around the top. I don't know for sure but I believe this bottled was refilled. I am returning. Read more

Also Finger weg von diesen Fake Produkt! Read more
