This was the first time I have worked with facepaint, so, in all honesty, I did not know what to expect, but I wasn't expecting this. The product turned out to be okay and does work, but it was very dry, almost like a lump of clay rather than a pallet of paint; it did not come with instructions, so I wasn't sure if that was to be expected or not. I dipped my paintbrush in the water a few times and moistened the paint, and it did work; initially, the colors bled together because of the water, but after a few strokes the paint coated the brush in stripes as expected, and my daughter loved the designs I painted on her face. This split cake was so beautiful and easy to work with. I’m new to painting and my practice work looked amazing. The colors pop, it’s easy to clean, dries beautifully and not itchy.
