I'm happy with this item. Keeps my drinks and sandwiches cool. I love the side pockets one with zipper one without. I don't have to carry my oversized purse bc I can add my wallet and keys and phone in the side when needed. It does have an insulted interior to keep cold or hot temperatures inside. My daughter has been using this lunch kit since the beginning of the year and absolutely loves it. There's plenty of room for her bento box, extra snacks, a water bottle and an ice pack or two. Also love that it has a zippered pocket for money or napkins. This kit keeps lunches cool. Because it's so generously sized there hasn't been any prying or ripping apart to get the items out. Not only is the fabric durable but the size also helps to keep it fresh tearing or getting roughed up.The icing on the cake is the awesome shoulder strap that allows for hands-free carrying through the halls of her school (they don't have lockers so she is strapped down like a pack mule all day with school and activity bags as well as her lunch).Cannot say enough about this roomy, durable, and convenientunch kit! Love this lunch bag! Returned to office and needed something for my lunch since some of the restaurants are still closed and the refrigerator and microwave hadn’t been cleaned or used in over a year. Love it!!!! I have no idea how this will hold up. I purchased it for ""eat in the car"" drive-thru situations. Bag will keep condiments cold in our individual travel squeeze containers -- which we fill at home. During the Covid pandemic (2020 - 2021) we did not go inside restaurants but eat food while it is hot -- in the car. For some reason take out condiments seemed to always be out of stock. We put our cutlery and our favorite mustard, ketchup, relish, steak sauce, mayo....... etc, etc, etc... and cold beverages into this bag. Repurposed TV tray tops serve as our tables. Drive-thru, get our food and park. Push your car seat back and lunch and/or dinner is served!!
