I used this product less than a handful of times and I really liked it. However, one night while trying to make baby food I plugged it in and it did not turn on. I figured okay, maybe there was something wrong with the outlet in my kitchen. No, my kitchen outlets were fine. The only conclusion I came to was that the processor itself was defective. I emailed customer support as it says in the manual and it has been almost a week with no reply. Then I tried finding the product website as stated in the manual to establish the warranty and it was nowhere to be found. All I am trying to do is get a replacement for my defective product that I barely used. Its not like it has been months or even years of me using this machine, maybe 3 times. The instructions that come with this are difficult to follow--the parts chart is so small I couldn't really see what the individual parts were and how they fit in. The free recipe book is a joke. You get five recipes in a PDF and five more every week? Month? I don't even remember until you get the 20. My great grandson is ten months old, I don't need recipes for a four month old baby. Also, the instructions were metric, so it's a good thing I had a chart handy. I know the States is woefully behind, but don't rub it in. My granddaughter finally got it to work and it does its job fairly well. You need a straight-edged spatula to scrape all the product out though. Read more

It was tricky to start using since it didnt come with a manual and even googling I couldn't find what the errors meant. I eventually figured it out and it worked well, and I used it about once a week to make baby food. I would not recommend it for sterilizing bottles as it actually melted the bottom of one of ours. Then 3 months ago then it stopped steaming at all (we tried carrots for 3 hours and they still weren't done) and then recently it stopped blending. My machine doesn't work. And because I purchased it way before I needed it, which is often the case when you have a newborn, it is now beyond the date of return. Steamer function never worked, spoke directly with the company, they offered to send a replacement but I have yet to see it. The grand baby is almost out of blended foods now. Waste of money. Read more

Artikel ist wirklich eine Arbeitserleichterung. So kann man schnell für das Baby Beikost vorbereiten. Es wird alles sehr klein püriert. 😀 Leider fehlte bei uns die Bedienungsanleitung, die wir dann gegoogelt haben und ich glaube auch, das wir einen nicht ganz neuen Breikocher bekommen haben. Der Mixer tut was er soll und püriert alles sehr gut!Den Stern habe ich abgezogen, da vom Kürbis die Flecken nach dem Dampfgarren nicht mehr raus sind, obwohl ich es direkt danach sauber gemacht habe.Des Weiteren bekommt das Produkt den Abzug wegen dem beigefügten Code für die kostenlosen Becher, die man unter einem Link hätte erwerben können. Ich konnte viele verschiedene Produkte von Foxy auswählen (Bezug Babyschale, Kindersitz etc.) um das passende Geschenk zu erwerben, nur leider war der Babybreimixer nicht dabei und somit nicht anwählbar.
