I usually would pick silver but I got the gold color and I do not regret it one bit. I think its so pretty and darling; the touch of gold adds some color to the piece and looks so nice on blonde hair. I love that this hair accessory was on the cheaper side, as a student cost of items are a big deciding factor for me but I also like good quality. I feel that this hair piece met all my needs for my budget and quality. I usually wear hair accessories like this once but I am already wanting to wear it again! Read more
Got this item for Halloween. It's definitely decorative rather than functional. You need to put your hair up in whatever style you want and then just add it. The ends are also extremely malleable -- almost floppy. If you don't mind that, it pretty much came as advertised. It's a pretty piece, probably better for costumery than a long wedding day. This hair accessory looks very good. I was looking for something gold. It is hard to find. Gold looks beautiful on blonde hair. The piece is very light and would be suitable for thin hair, it does't weght down. If I compare this piece to other hair combs, the silver wire is much stronger and sturdy.
