The whole process was smooth, the shipping was easy and fast, and the night guard fits like a glove. Their customer service was really caring and helpful.  I like the snug fit of the guard and feel very secure. The impression was pretty easy to make, but you need to make sure you do it correctly. The first time I emailed the impression picture, the bite was too shallow and it didn't work. They sent me a free impression kit the next day. This time I read the instructions BEFORE I made my impression and made it in front of my mirror, while using my phone as a timer. After they approved my second impression, I sent it back using the prepaid mailer. In about a week, I got my guard and it works very well.  There are some tips I discovered that you should follow.First thing you should pay attention：Choose the right size of the tray. I almost made this mistake when I made my impression and used a smaller tray. Make sure the tray can cover all your teeth.Secondly, when you mix the putty do it quickly. The putty will harden if you take too long. Mix and load the putty in 90 seconds , and immediately start taking the impression afterwards.When you take the impression, do it in front of a mirror. Use your thumbs to press the tray against your teeth. Make sure your teeth are centered and all covered, up to your gum line. I originally purchased a night guard from my dentist many years ago. It doesn’t fit anymore. I went back to see about getting another one, and it was going to cost over $400. I bought this to replace my old, bulky, drugstore-purchased night guard. This one just arrived yesterday and I tried it out last night for the first time. It is AWESOME! It is so comfortable and perfectly molded to my teeth. I woke up and actually thought I took it out while I was sleeping, because I didn't feel it at all, but it was still there! The most difficult part was making the mold, which you have to really be careful and take your time with. Follow the instructions EXACTLY. You then send a photo to them for review, and once they give you the OK, you send it over to them in a prepaid mailer. The finished guard is returned in about a week. It was super convenient and I am extremely happy I bought it. It also arrived with a nice case to hold it, and cleaning tabs to clean it with!
