10 years ago I had a bad exposure to lead which set off a long list of chronic health issues. I have battled my way through detoxing candida , parasites and heavyMetals since then.To put it lightly detox makes me SICK and triggers a histimine reaction as well as stressing my adrenals outdoor . My liver gets overwhelmed and I just feel awful every time I try to push through detox. I have gotten really tired of that struggle. (I have mthfr too which makes it harder and I do take supplements to address that issue.)Enter Takesumi supreme. Added to my detox regimen my symptoms are almost fully eliminated.. and my histimine reaction is gone most days. Sometimes I take it twice a day if I need the extra boost. I’m able to make real progress in my healing /detox protocols without suffering. That in itself is life changing. It really works! Have been using this product in powder and capsule form for years to remove bio-toxins from body. Have to say it must be working, haven't felt this good in 21yrs. This year my Doctor had us add 20 capsules 15 minutes after Epsom Salt drink on 2nd day of "The Amazing Liver and Gallbladder Flush" by Andreas Moritz. Doctor modified his instruction by reducing the amount of warm water to a couple of ounce added to Epsom Salts w/lemon juice follow with 1-2 glasses of water. I have been detoxing from mold and heavy metals and have severely compromised gut health and Mast Cell Activation, not to mention CBS and MTHR mutations and this bamboo charcoal has been such a fantastic tool to have when I'm especially sensitive to everything (including a coconut allergy so regular charcoal is a no-go). It helps to calm down MCAS flares and histamine reactions instantly. Doing daily coffee enemas and taking a couple of capsules both 20 minutes before and just after the sessions has been my sweet spot for detoxing with minimum herxing. If you are prone to constipation I recommend adding in some Oxy-Powder (Magnesium Oxide) to keep the bowels hydrated and moving as charcoal does tend to bind up a little too well. Read more

Awesome quality and love the no mess pill form although cost more than the powder! I used to have a dedicated glass to mix and drink from since the powder binds to any mineral buildup on glasses. This will not come off using a dishwasher. Easily comes off with hand washing. Same for metal spoons. Dr Rajan Patel recommended this brand to me so I’m sticking to it! Read more
