My son loves Super Wings TV show and these toys are great. He has all 12 of the Super Wing 5". Some of them are easier to transform then others. They are very realistic to the show characters and are good quality. The arms do come off easy, the legs not as much but they do go back on very easy. This is part of the design to keep them as realistic to the show as possible. If you or your child is the type to lose or misplace things keep that in mind as these toys might not be for you. Also, my son 2.5 years old and can not transform them himself. My wife and I play with him all the time and help him, so if you do not spend a lot of time with your child these toys might frustrate the kid.Jett: is on the more difficult ones to transform.Astra: is pretty easy to transform, maybe the easiest of them all.Todd: is pretty easyChase: his design is different then most of the others, his arms do not come off as easy when you transform him.This 4 pack is a great deal for the price Read more
Bought these for my son, he's 4 years old. Have had them for over a month and they get nearly daily use, which is a lot more than I can say for most of his other toys. At first I thought the quality was suspect, and expected them to break within a week. I can say after quite a lot of regular use (read: abuse) from my 2 and 4 year olds, they have held up very well. No I really hate these. My kids love them, of course, because they are exactly like the show - though after one month their interest in the toys has dwindled. However the first few weeks of having these in my house were HELL because the kids were fighting over them. Now, I only let my son play with them when my daughter is at school. Also their legs fall off easily. They are not ergonomic so they'll be dropped often and limbs will fall off. Sigh. Also if you have you get kids, they'll keep asking you to transform them. So really not that great for self directed free play. But if you love superwings then yeah go for it. I just...no. Read more
I’m so so disappointed with these toys and my 3.5 year old son who loved super wings is left feeling very frustrated and discouraged. These toys DO NOT TRANSFORM EASILY AT ALL. Each one of them has pieces that either need to be moved ever so slightly to actually fit or just fall off. I’m so upset because my son loves this show and was so excited about these toys but he really can’t play with them properly on his own. I’m actually shocked that these made it past the tested stage in development. They’re for kids and the kids can’t do it! Read more
My 4-year son love Super Wings and he was so excited to play with these 4 figures. His favorite characters are Todd and Jett so I was so happy to find them together with Astra and Agent Chase as well. These are pretty good size toys that transform from airplane vehicles to their robot form. My son does some guidance with transforming some parts but even so, these toys get hours of play each day. I deducted a star because sometimes the limbs fall off and he needs help attaching them back on. Even so, my son loves these toys and I still recommend them. Read more
These Super Wings are super cute, BUT.... they do not transform easily into the airplane form. Grandson can only make about three of them transform, the others are impossible even for me! So, of course being three years old, he gets frustrated with them. They should transform easily and smoothly. I don't know if I received a bad batch or what? Read more
3 1/2 yr old grandson is a fan of the cartoon which is why I bought this set - thought it was a bit pricey. Definitely have to help with transforming them. Jett's arm falls off constantly, from the moment we opened the package. Jett is red and the main character of the cartoon. The other 3 planes seem to be ok and so far don't fall apart. My grandson really likes them overall and I'm sure as time goes on he won't need help with the transforming. Read more
