Your child could get sick! A poor design leaves several open 'holes' on the backside of this toothbrush. I noticed grey/black grunge building up in the holes so I set about cleaning it. Well, after five minutes with hot water and tapping it against the side of the sink, this much disgusting grunge came out of that toothbrush...right on the portion of the brush that is IN his mouth for minutes everyday. My Son loved this toothbrush. He loves Mario and having a Mario toothbrush made him excited about brushing. However, about 2 weeks ago I was assisting him with brushing and I noticed something black in his mouth when he spit out the toothpaste & thought weird what was that 🤔So, I kept brushing and then I realized that the small holes on the toothbrush had mold inside them and I watched another chunk of mold come out and literally was in his mouth 🤢I would not buy this specific toothbrush again due to no way of cleaning it and moldy buildup. The issue with this toothbrush is the on / off button (or lack thereoff) it won’t stay on so you have to hold the button up which makes my thumb feel like it’s going to break off. Other toothbrushes have two buttons one for on one for off which is easier for a kid. This toothbrush is hard for me to operate much less a 2 year old. Only had it for a week so don’t know about battery life but it functions well if u can get over the switch. Read more

This toothbrush didn’t work and I though the batteries were dead. It was ridiculously hard to get the battery cover off and I went through all the trouble to replace the batteries and it still didn’t work.I was able to hit it and finally get it to come on but it is pathetically weak and not effective (this is for my child).It stopped working for good after just a few days.It’s not even worth the trouble to replace it. I even had paid extra to overnight it bc I wasn’t going to be able to get out for a few days and my kids needed a replacement toothbrush.Such a waste!!! Love the bright vibrant colors bought it for my nine-year-old son perfect size. Love that the bristles are shaped in a circle like the dentist recommends. Came with batteries but they don’t seem to work. So because I have to replace batteries (battery life 👎🏼) I gave it 2 stars other than that, Perfect weight, size and quality. Read more
