I saw this one and decided to give it a try as I was exhausted from losing sleep every night with frequent trips to the bathroom.Within two nights, I was sleeping 5 - 6 hours before waking up! I am naturally skeptical about how these over-the-counter remedies work. But, I had been getting up 3-5 times a night to go dribble into the toilet. Three days ago I took the first doses in SBP as directed, one I the morning one at night. The following night I got up once, at about 5:00 am. Last night I went to bed at 11:00 and didn't get up until 8:00 am. That seems pretty remarkable.
