My doctor recommended the addition a supplement containing both calcium andmagnesium. I am a diabetic and tend to haveproblems with my eyes. I read that zinc was goodfor nerve health so that is why I selected this combination. It works for me but I always seek approval from my doctor before adding a new supplement. I would advise everyone to do the same. Read more
have used these for several years at the suggestion of my dr. they do not have a hugely high amount of calcium as you are supposed to get the rest from a proper diet- and they include magnesium and zinc which were also suggested as a supplement- yearly testing has found me healthy as a horse!!
