It is true to its hype.I take this supplement regularly to ehop with chronic pain, fibromyalgia pain, osteoarthritis pain, migraine headache pain and muscle tightness and pain.It keeps me from needing a lot of prescription medication for pain. I no longer am using Lyrica, Celebrex, Imiitres, Relpax, Topamax, and Flexerill.
