I used to buy these before chlorella became a social media trend. I have very sensitive digestion and have a hard time breaking down/absorbing any kind of tablet. These however were very small and powdery (left residue) and never gave me stomach upset. I always felt a surge of energy shortly after taking them and it worked wonders for keeping my skin clear. I recently repurchased after a long while of not using it and these tablets are completely different. Now they are totally firm tablets (just like literally every other cheap chlorella tablet brand) and when I looked in the packet there was absolutely no green residue from the powder.
