I bought these knee patches to help with chronic knee pain that I have. I liked the shape & size (perfect for knees) BUT whatever is in this patch BURNS so much that you have to tear it off after a short while. There are no ingredients listed on the package at all. It's all Chinese, I understand, but it's not for me.I was so hopeful that this would be the best solution to my chronic pain, but ended up not using them after the first couple of tries.I don't like writing negative reviews, but this was a bad purchase. I put patches on knees. One on back. They are stronger than I am used to. I could not stand Tge one on my back after about 30 minutes. I removed it. Was able to tolerate the ones on knees about 2 hours. I think they helped. Will try again in a few days. Read more
