I've tried several pain relieving lotions (spray & roll on) and this works the best. In the morning I use it upon arising which almost immediately cuts the arthritic knee pain. I have used the spray on but noticed the roll on on Amazon and it's much more efficient and you can target the specific areas better. My husband and I have used Stop Pain for years and it has never let us down.You just roll it over the area that is experiencing pain and within 5 minutes the pain subsides.It also dries very fast once it is applied.Keep in mind that this is not very severe/intense pain.I would say it works better with medium to mild like aching pain. I have been using Stop Pain for a number of years. It is convenient, no mess topical. I look for the higher % of the main pain relief ingredient. In this case 8% menthol. It is effective for what I apply it to. It can be on the higher end of expensive possibly compared to a store brand.
