I always keep this on hand to use on sore or tight muscles. Its a temporary pain relief but it does work for awhile. I have fibromyalgia so when my muscles start tensing up in my neck, shoulders, legs & feet, I'll spray some of this on me to get some relief. My friends chiropractor told him about it when he went for a strained muscle in his back, then he told me about it. I won be without it, I keep a bottle of it on my chair side table. It has a pretty strong smell when you first spray it on but then you can feel it going to work. I can deal with the smell to get relief. I always order the 2 pack, I order again when I get half way through my 2nd bottle so I don't run out. Neuropathy sucks. The pain, the tingling, the numbness, the hot AND cold ... all this at the same time and then when you try to walk, it feels like you are walking on pillow and wearing socks (barefoot) :(I found this in Walmart and it works awesome, but walmart never has it ... so I tried trusty Amazon and here is it ... Stopain really works for the neuropathy pain and even helps when it is in my hands as well. The smell is strong when you first spray it but that goes away pretty quick. This product does work, it stops the pain. You do need to keep using, though, until the muscle pain goes away. It's temporary, but it works well for a while. This is the best pain relief stuff on the market. It really works FAST whether you use the spray or the roll-on. It was recommended to a woman I knew by her physical therapist.
