This is some pretty strong stuff. I usually take a scoop straight to the dome and down it with water. Activation time is about 15 minutes. Definitely gives you the energy you need to lower through your workout. No jitters or crash afterwards. Best flavor in my opinion is jungle juice. I’ve went through 3 canisters before writing this review. Good stuff. Read more

Honestly this is the best pre-workout that I’ve ever tried. The flavor isn’t bad at all. Any pre-workout will be a bit tart, I’ve noticed. I’ve only been taking a little more than half a scoop for about a month now and haven’t felt the need to increase yet. No jitters, no crash, more stamina.
