Be advised: these are SCENTED but don’t say that on the packaging. At least the package I received had a fragrance to them. Bought these from the “frequently bought together” section not paying too much attention thinking they’d come in handy for those bad nights... and they get the job done... they are also the biggest pad I’ve ever seen. I was not aware that something like this was even available and at first thought I had bought some type of pad for after giving birth or something. This thing has not just the normal Trifold it has a 4 fold! Complete with what at first appears to be a second set of wings at the bottom/back of the pad. But guess what? Not wings. TBH, I loved Always infinity flexfoam overnight pads as they were super thin and super absorbant. However, at one point, I realized that I had genital ulcers almost every month at the end of my periods since I started using the product, which I never have experienced before.So, I switched to Stayfree Maxi pads.They are not as thin, but because they are thick in the middle and thin on the sides, the gap between my body and the pad is minimized which I think is much better than just being flat thin.Also I haven't had any ulcers during my last 4 periods with this product which I think is the best part! These pads are my favorite for overnight. I even use them during the day as well because the absorbency is so awesome. The adhesion is wonderful as it stays in place and is very comfortable. I highly recommend this to anybody who has a heavy flow and who is scared that there may be leakage. But these pads definitely are the best out there in my opinion. Read more

I was a little apprehensive about switching from Kotex to stayfree pads, but I had to try them based on the reviews. These are VERY absorbent! I have had two babies and I have a very heavy flow. I used to use a tampon and a pad but these hold so well I could go for 6 hours of daytime activity with just the pad and it kept me dry! Read more

I no longer have use for femine products but bought this for my niece and daughter. I had the strangest experience in that it was documented that I returned 4 packages of this product. I did not return this product nor ask for a refund. I have mailed refund back twice, checks remain uncashed. At any rate the products were fine. I have some recent medical issues that cause heavy, heavy cycles. I have used a different brand of pads my entire life, but I recently became allergic to something in them. Cue the change to STAYFREE.Where have these been all of my life?! These are highly absorbent, the leak guard works so well, the wings keep everything in place, and the pad doesn’t scrunch up. This is the first time in over a year that I haven’t felt self conscious about my cycle or felt gross. Zero leaks is the best part! These are more a mini pad not maxi. The are much shorter, smaller and thinner than I was expecting. If you want a maxi pad for heavy flow or bladder leaks don't buy these. I don't recommend. Read more
