First, the good: these utensils are the perfect size. Not too big for the toddler, not too small for the elementary schooler. Everybody’s happy.Now the less good: the forks are quite sharp on the end. I’m curious if this will lessen with time. They’ve already scratched the smallest and most inaccurate self-feeder.Even less good: the ends of all the utensils seem... unfinished? Please see the picture. They’re rough on the ends and discolored. I’m fully expecting them to rust quickly.Lastly, the packaging is ridiculous! Each utensil was individually wrapped with a plastic bag inside the box. I got these set for my twins, I was looking for something in between the plastic spoons and forks and the adult size one. I take the time to read a lot of reviews and I decide to try these ones, I need to do a remark in the age product, these say is safe for 3years and older. I'm using them with my 2 years old and they are totally fine, the fork and knife are not to sharp but they don't have the round ending shape either. I don't feel that these set is dangerous to use with my two years old, but I'm with them during meal times. I'm sure I will be more confident with them using them with out supervision later. They were struggling during feedings time with the plastic utensils, but now they are more willing to try to feed themselves because they are using the same kind of utensils that mommy and daddy are using. I recommend these set just keep your kids under supervision if they are younger than the recommended age. Read more

Love, love, love these! My toddler has recently become obsessed with using mom and dad's utensils instead of his own but they're a little big and a little sharp so I decided it was time to upgrade his and I was absolutely giddy to find these. They're the perfect size from our adult small utensils and bigger than our toddler utensils (forgot to picture toddler utensils with them). The knives ARE serrated a bit but I don't plan to introduce those for awhile. I love that if you register them with the manufacturer that they over lifetime warranty. The size of these utensils are great for toddlers and preschoolers. However, I’m not thrilled with them because the edges of the metal are not rounded and smooth. They almost have ‘sharp’ edges and corners. Probably not sharp enough to cut skin, however, it is not comfortable feeling. Also, I was not expecting the knives to be serrated. I was hoping for a smooth blade on the knife so that my 2 year old and 4 year old could safely learn to cut their food. I’m pretty sure these are sharper than my own butter knives and probably could cut their skin if they tried to “saw”. Bottom line is, while these will work and we’ll at least use them for the time being, I would recommend trying a different product/brand. These are perfect for toddlers that are getting better at silverware usage! The shape of the spoon is more bowl like, so it is a bit easier for the child to keep the food on the spoon until they make it to their mouth. The tines on the fork are not totally rounded, so the child can learn to spear their food with it. I like that they are stainless with no 'cushy' handle area. Most littles I know just use the cushy area to do a little extra teething on! I appreciate that they come in a pack of three so there are enough to have some clean on hand, while also some in the dishwasher. It seems like they will last a long time. Read more

This set of forks spoons and knives totally exceeded my expectations. They seem to be great quality, sturdy and I feel we will be able to use them for years to come. My daughter is almost 2 but she has been wanting to use "mommy's fork" lately. These look and feel just like the real thing. I cannot say enough good things about them. Looked nice out of the box. One fork was defective - it had long scratches and some spots looked gouged. =(08/07/2020 Update: Contacted the customer service regarding the defective fork. They sent me a replacement immediately once I sent them a photo. =) Yay! My daughter tested out the spoon and she seemed to use it with ease. The spoon has been perfect for soups. My youngest kid kept on complaining because she had plastic forks and spoons and would always make a fuss because she wanted utensils like us adults, but she wasn't ready yet. So we bought these as they are made of the same metal, but are child safe. She was super proud to use "Adult" utensils and we haven't had any fuss for utensils since! As noted by numerous other reviewers, forks are sharp - more so than our regular “grown up” ones - and the knives are serrated. Totally not appropriate for kids under 5...which is a shame since price and quality were decent.Oh and also over packaged - wrapping each individual piece in plastic is not only a pain to unwrap but very inappropriate in a world that needs less plastic waste. The utensils feel like they have not been finished off well - the edges of the handles are not smooth. The fork tips are overly sharp and have scratched my plates. None of my other knife and fork sets have done this. I don’t recommend this product for children. Read more
