I hardly review products but this tool cured my 3 years of pain caused from scar tissue in my achilles. It was painful waking up and kept me up at countless nights. Walking hurt,and I could not do the things I loved like basketball, running, and hiking. I didn't want surgery that was suggested to clean up the scar tissue. So after six minutes of uses this tool I didn't need surgery or waste money on gagets that didn't work. It worked for me so it might work for you. Read more

I walked with a horribly painful limp. I had a very painful puffy lump under my ankle bone on the side of my right foot. I was afraid I would have to buy a walker, and I'm only 53 years old. My chiropractor told me it was planter fasciitis. For a couple of days I had to stay in bed because of it. Since I was bored, I did some Amazon shopping in bed. Since Amazon shows recommendations, I came across scraping tools and decided on this one. I used it a few times with foot lotion so it could glide easily over that painful puffy lump. I was so angry with that puffy lump, I scraped the heck out of it. I don't have that pain any more and it hasn't returned. And it's been a couple of weeks. I have this scraping tool next to my bed just incase. The pain hasn't returned. I'm amazed. My fiance complained about painful walking from one foot. This product is advertized as stainless steel....it is not! This product is made of aluminum. If I had known the truth I would not have purchaced it. Aluminum is softer, less durable and will oxidize over time. It also would not let me submit my review without me giving a star rating based on irrelevant points. They lied about the product and it's quality then doop you into a rating base on how easy it is to hold and use and on pain relief. Read more
Used some massage oil and rubbed this on my neck. It digs in and gets the knots out! Not sharp and has a good grip. Eliminated my migraine that was coming from super tense neck muscles. Read more
I mostly use this on small areas of my hand, and it fits well in the little gaps that I need to work out. I love the options for working large areas like the entire shoulder at once, or small areas like between the first and second knuckles on my hand. The carrying pouch it comes with is also nice quality and keeps me from losing it in my drawer! Read more
